They take their time to go to the harbour. First they calmly eat their meal then accompany Oyshin to the lake for a bath. Done that, Zhongli finally teleports them in Liyue, in the place where they are supposed to meet Chan.
He goes to take a look at Madame Ping's table, to see it she is there but for now, only her teapot. "I have to meet her, she has something I need. She might be inside." He says to WooPil and Oyshin. He takes a seat for now, looking around to be able to spot Chan and the others right away.

He is in the garden, relaxing while sipping some tea. He feels very at ease in that environment, he doesn't mind the Luofu so far, regardless all the particular technology they have. It is not Liyue, but not too distant.
He is just waiting for the moment others will all be ready to move, but he has no hurry since they are all safe now and they can finally be at ease.

He is very intrigued by the place. In a way, it reminds him of a past Liyue and he feels somehow at home. He really wants to find WooPil and the worry never leaves him, but except from asking around and continuing to wander, there is nothing else he can do for now.
He warns the others he will go on his own for some time, also to try clearing his mind a little.
He ends up in the Exalted Sanctum where he takes a walk and looks for possible clues. He actually finds some and soon enough, he is pointed to General Jing Yuan's residence. He heads there, but has little hopes he will be allowed in. He explains the guards outside his situation and asks if WooPil was taken there, but they stay vague, since they don't know Zhongli's real intentions. He maintains a very respectful attitude while talking to them.

The closer they get, the more people and trash they come across. With those clothes, also dirty of blood, they pass more unnoticed and they are not really approached.
The city has no gates nor anything, there are not many people around, it is way too hot. It gets crowded at night.
There are corpses on the sides of the streets, rats, the smell is terrible. The whole place is like that, it is not just a poorer side of the city.
Brothels, taverns, weapons selling...they are all the main business there. A homeless person at some point kneels and begs them for a nourishing pill. Zhongli agrees to give him some food, feeling heartbroken by the situation in that world.

The city is much bigger than average, since it is the only settlement left in that world. They decide to split in order to investigate more efficiently. Cyno, Jingyuan and Leaf. Zhongli, Chongyun and Chan.

They are forced to leave the station after not finding any track of WooPil, Haitien and the others. Even after checking cameras, they find nothing useful, as everything disappeared for some time after Silver Wolf hacked the system. They can only see the last moments of WooPil and Haitien walking together near Herta's collection. They even investigate around there to find clues, but the only things they find are signs of fight, like bullets; one good thing is, there is no track of auriold blood, only that of those filthy monsters. Everything seems to point to the fact they left with someone.

There is no way they can return to Nortrig yet, so for now they stay with the Express to proceed with their investigations. Too bad that their last jump is interrupted.
From the windows they can see a planet, it is not too different from Mars from outside, except there are signs of civilization. While they try to figure out the situation, they can see a few small starships flying towards them. Enemies trying to get on board.
