It has been some time since he mysteriously left with the wind. It is a relief to return to his people but at the same time, he knows he is not done.
It is night when he heads back and he decides to not bother anyone and rest instead. He meditates for a few hours, until his friends begin to wake up.

Once he is done dealing with HaoLin for now, he returns to Windhope as promised to investigate that terrible forest together. Of course, he is not sure what to expect and understands the danger, but also thinks they can't leave that place be, something needs to be done to ensure safety from it.
He travels to Cloud Recesses where he waits for Windhope to appear to meet him.

He heads back to the fortress as soon as he is done with Windhope. He is pondering what to do next about Ahochi, at the same time, though, he is troubled by Nomori and that place. He looks forward investigating ot further with Windhope.
He looks for TiHao in the fortress, even asking around.

He is a bit perplexed by what WooPil and that silly servant want to do, but if it makes them happy...
He goes to catch a few cockroaches and places them in Itto's traps - that of course weren't the slightest effective for the purpose as they could easily leave it. He also fixes the trap so they can't leave, of course.
He waits for the morning after to come, but unluckily they don't yet get the chance to retrieve their disgusting cockroaches as Red Dawn invites WooPil to have breakfast with her and WooJi. Also, anyone could accompany WooPil there, Zhongli is going too.

After his meal with WooPil, he accompanies him to rest then heads his own way. He doesn't exactly need proper sleep, but he pretends just to avoid further questions.
He doesn't return to his bedroom, prefering to remain alone and meditate for some time...actually till the morning after, until something makes him snap out of it. He is sat on a couch with closed eyes.
