He waits for the return of ZhongLi and WooPil, impatiently, after speaking with TiHao. When evening comes, he becomes more restless and is on the brink to go there, but they arrive before that.
Seeing WooPil asleep, he thinks he had one of his accidents and just takes him to a different room, rather than the crowded one where WooPil is supposed to stay. The surprise of Cyno's addition to the club will have to wait till the next day.
In the morning, as soon as WooPil wakes up, he convinces Chan to go to speak to Shige. He also tells him all that happened the previous evening, except the part about their relationship.
After speaking to WooPil, he decides to take a break from his sessions of translation and training and the gym to go to hear what Shige wants to say.
He heads to the palace in rather early morning, teleporting directly inside of it, nor far from the throne room.

While everyone is away, he sneaks to Earth once again and this time he brings Skylar along too. During their brief conversations, he found out that the other knows a terrestrial who can make phones magical and decided to go to pay a visit to him, to make the phones he bought for WooPil and Shangque functional for Nortrig.
The two only miss for a few minutes from the fortress and come back with a few boxes and bags.

The next morning, he goes to Earth with Shangque, without warning anyone.
After stopping to buy all of Shangque's and WooPil's favourite snacks, Chan also buys a phone for each of them, then they make a few stops. First at the magic boulevard in Seoul, then to Diagon Alley.
Chan buys a couple of new sport flying brooms, some magical items, a couple of wands and many books. He even heads to Nocturn Alley, where he gets a few extra books.
When he returns to Nortrig, only a few minutes after leaving, due to the time difference and having spent only a few hours on Earth, he heads to the library of the fortress. Most of the books he bought are written in Latin and he had to buy a dictionary to translate to English.
In the library he also meets Skylar, who is always hanging around there, who actually helps him with translating, since it's totally what he likes best.
