Upon arriving to the Palace, he helps to carry WooPil's things inside the building, then returns outside almost right away. He finds the place now particularly of his tastes, compared to how it was originally.

He leans with his back to a wall and starts to smoke a cigarette. Even the cold air started to make him feel sort of relieved lately.

The next morning after celebrating WooPil's birthday on Earth, when everyone is awake, dressed and had breakfast with the leftovers from the party, he opens a portal to return to Nortrig. Naturally, straight inside TiHao's fortress.
They only missed for little more than 1 hour from there, so it's still at all effects WooPil's birthday, in Nortrig.

Chan made sure to prepare a good amount of supplies of both his, WooPil's and Shangque's favourite snacks to bring back to Nortrig for any use. Since WooPil will have to move with his grandmother, he expects him to need those supplies more than usual.

«WooPil… can you… come for a moment…? I need your help…» He finds it hard to speak and even to keep standing.
He has already washed himself and dealt with a couple of his wounds by himself, with the medical kit he always brings with him, but he realised he can't do it alone.
«Hyung…!» WooPil gasps in shock, to see him in that state. «What happened to you! Omo…»
«Don't get scared, I'll be all right…» He hates to have to upset his little brother like this, but he wouldn't ask anyone else for help.
The two move to the library of TiHao's fortress and sit on the couch, where WooPil helps to disinfect and patch up the wounds behind Chan's back.
«Hyung… these really look bad, you have to see a doctor, jebal…» sobs WooPil.
Chan shakes his head. «For now, this will do… tomorrow… as i rest a little… I will go to Noctis and… he will heal me… I just… just need to regain some strenght first…» He feels his eyes closing on their own and all the exhaustion from the bleeding and fighting having the best on him.
«WooPil… don't let anyone come close to me while I rest… only you and Shangque can come in…»
«But…»
«Please… promise me that you won't let anyone else close to me while I rest…» He slowly lies down on the couch, feeling all the pain from the wounds at every little movement he makes.
«Arasseo…» replies WooPil, in a whiny tone, not managing to restrain his tears.
«I'm so sorry… I'll make it up… I promise…» he mumbles, while falling asleep.

After speaking with TiHao, their little team is ready for action.
Chan and Shangque went to Lianxi in advance, to indeed spot the arrival of the hunter who takes the young prostitute there.
The hunters indeed took note of Raiden's patrols, but they would have never expected Shangque's return to action.

Without wasting time, Chan gets on the hunter and uses Xie's ribbon around his neck to block him in a tight pose. «Tonight, your little group will meet with their very gruesome end. We only need one alive, I bet you'd like to be the one.» The frightened hunter nods frantically. Unsurprisingly, they don't have much honour or loyalty even towards one another.
When the whole team gathers there, the hunter teleports them to their hideout. The group is convincing enough for the criminal to know that he better cooperate.

The place where they find themselves is a medium size, old house that was hastily "patched up" to fix the holes and damages. There is nothing else around, but the people inside are a little more than they were expecting. The prostitute boy said "three" but that was just a mistake due to him not knowing the language. There are more than 10 hunters, plus the hostages and the prostitutes.

When they arrive, their presence is undetected. Since the location is in the wilderness, they would certainly not expect anyone to be able to find them, so they didn't need to keep guard.
«What do we do now? How do we separate the captors from the hostages to make sure none of the innocents will get harmed?» asks Cyno, looking at the others.
«Is any of you fire-proof?» Chan looks at TiHao and ZhongLi.

*The young prostitute is behind them when they arrive. He has been acting overly scared and panicked the whole time.
** The hunter who took them there is bound to Chan through Xie's ribbon and can't get free to escape in any way.
*** The hostages are locked inside rooms in the house.

Teleporting Arashi with him was actually not his intention, by all means. The nephew just grabbed him in the moment he teleported and ended up dragged along.

When they are in TiHao's fortress, he breaks free of Arashi's grip and walks away from him. He is kinda curious to see what happens now, so he doesn't simply teleport him right back.
