Grell: I know that I recognise you. There's something I remember, something about you that's kind, something I might have seen as the aura a friend gives off. Do you not see anything in me? If I can recognise you, why is the world so unforgiving to not let you recognise me in return? Didn't it feel weird when /you/ woke up too?

*Grell doesn't move away from the attacks. He figures that can't really die anyway and maybe she will stop her attacks if she sees that he's given up enough to not care if he gets hurt.*

*When the attacks come to an end, he tries again to talk.*

Grell: What happened? Why does it feel like I know you? Why does it feel like ages have passed since today? Why did I find it familiar when I saw that empty place of darkness?
