*He wants to ignore them but knowing that something is there... he shudders and puts down his book. After a few moments, a certain shadow appears.*

Venator: What.

*Grell makes a silencing motion and the shadow quirks an eyebrow. After talking through Soul, Venator rolls his eyes and lets out a sigh before dissipating into shadows more and sliding through the crack under the door. He swiftly joins the other non-sentient shadows in the other room.*

*SB freezes, and turns to face the source of the growl. When she sees what made the sound, she lets out a squeak, and rushes over to Venator. This...probably wasn't what he was expecting.
