영혼

After working hard at the kitchen, he is left restlessly wandering around without knowing what to do.
For some reasons that are beyond his understanding, he feels panicked that Chan had to go out for a mission. Normally he has never been like that, but it's already been a couple of times that he wakes up in the middle or the night with a strong sense of panic, convinced that Chan disappeared. He always found him next to him on the bed, whenever it happened, but that still keeps making him uneasy often.

He is not an expert of mental health for sure and even just the concept of abandonment issues is completely obscure to him.
During the day, he went several times to take a look near the gates, to see if Chan was coming back and now he is on his way there again, after finishing his evening job at the kitchens.
He wants to go on top of the wall to see in the distance, eager to see his boyfriend return. He can't wait to get rid of that sense of panic he keeps having from the moment the other said he would have to be out for a mission.

Right now he is walking in the street towards the wall, carrying a sack with some leftovers from the kitchen that the grannies told him to bring home.

무한대.

After being caught by Shige and Cloud in the attempt of spying on them, he ran straight back to the cave and from that moment on, he basically slept and pretended to sleep.
He went to spy on the two because he was simply curious. He is a kid, definitely a precocious one — for Nortrig standards — due to never being able to have a childhood or rely on someone before, and tormented by his homosexuality. It's only natural he'd want to take a look, even if he was aware it was wrong.

What he saw from the two was definitely unexpected and since he couldn't understand why Shige cut Cloud, WonPil found it rather creepy. And also got even more scared, with the Oni aura not helping in that sense. With Chan it's different, he has known only the best side of him and by now trusts him blindly, but he doesn't know Shige enough to be immune to the fear aura.
And that's exactly why he pretends to sleep: because he is scared and fears that Shige will want to face him for what he did.

He ends up sleeping really a lot during that day and that's the perfect chance for BangSul to torment his dreams in hope to lure him to the spear. It's harder than it would be with others because WonPil's soul literally rejects that item and can't feel atrracted to it.

Evening comes and Chan returns to the cave with Gino. After some time, Chan enters the cave and gently shakes WonPil, who wakes up quite abruptly, as if he was having a nightmare.
He looks at the other with wide eyes.
«WonPil… I heard you have been sleeping all day…»
«Oh… it's that… mianhamnida! Joseonghamnida! Tomorrow… I promise that tomorrow I will work all day and not be lazy even for a minute…»
«Don't be silly, I don't want you to do that at all. You should rest as much as you need. But… are you feeling well?» Chan's voice is low and soothing. «Are you feeling weak? You haven't been eating enough…» He extends two roasted potatoes to him.
WonPil looks at the food with wide eyes. «Gwaenchanhayo… I just… felt tired for no reason…» he mumbles in his typical shy tone, that makes it clear he is embarrassed.
Chan can feel that he is scared, but he can't tell if it's because something happened or just for the people and situation.

While WonPil eats the first potato, Cloud walks inside the cave. The two cross gaze for barely a moment and WonPil's fear increases notably. He almost drops the food.
Chan himself glances at Cloud, raising a brow, wondering if something happened between the two. But the other doesn't really give him the vibe of a bully.
Anyhow, he takes WonPil's language amulet and leaves it on the leaves on which they are sat, so they can speak without Cloud to understand. — Cloud simply went to curl up in his usual spot —.

«Did the boy with purple hair say something nasty to you, by any chance?»
WonPil shakes his head. «I keep having a strange dream!» he decides to say, to avoid being questioned more about the matter.
«A dream? It's always the same, in all details?»
«More or less… I keep having it since a few days already, I think. Sometimes I forget what I dream…»
«Do you want to tell me what the dream is about?»
«It's… a bit strange and confusing… sometimes the wind speaks and tells me to take the path behind the cave…»
«Why?»
«It says there is something that I have to find. A treasure.»
«It sounds suspicious to me. You didn't go that path, right?»
WonPil shakes his head. «In the dream I went there. It was a pretty place with a strange plant in the middle. Maybe I should go to see…»
«It doesn't sound good. It could be something dangerous…»
«But… it can't be something good…? Maybe it's nothing at all, just a stupid dream…»
Chan takes a deep breath, certain that if he doesn't take WonPil there, the other will either go alone or with Liu. «We go tomorrow morning, ok?»
«Deal!»
«Now eat everything!» Chan smiles and pats WonPil's head.

Somehow, even after sleeping whole day, WonPil still manages to sleep whole night too. Very close to Chan, he even asks him not to leave and sleep near him whole night. — Because he is scared of Shige — xD And Chan would never say no to such an inviting proposal.

The next morning, after breakfast, while the others go to look for weapons, he and WonPil take the path he saw in his dreams. Chan lets the other lead the way, but he holds his hand and follows side by side. He also has his katana with him, for protection. He can't be sure, but he felt as if the weapon had a reaction when he approached WonPil with it on his back. He didn't sheathe it again after the previous evening, when he took it.
They don't have to walk for long, eventually they find a circular clearing in the forest, surrounded by very thick vegetation. It almost looks like a cave made of trees, with a round hole on top from which the sun seems to channel straight onto a weird structure in the middle.

It doesn't look like a plant anymore, now that WonPil sees it with his own eyes. It looks like a rock covered in vines and surrounded by flowers. WonPil doesn't know why, but he starts to feel an increasing sense of uneasiness at the sight of it.
Chan approaches and removes the vines from it. «It is… it looks like a big sword stuck into a rock. Like that Arthur King thing. You heard that story, WonPil?»
«Aniyo…» His voice is shaken and low. He feels sick and like to cry, it's something so deep he is overwhelmed.
Chan is focused on the thing so he doesn't notice WonPil's state. He tries to extract it, pulling the hilt, but it doesn't move at all. «Come to give it a try too, maybe you are the destined one. The real King of all the feuds!» He turns around with an amused smile, that fades right away as he sees WonPil on the ground, with both hands wrapped around himself.
Chan rushes to him and takes him in his arms. «WonPil… did something sting you? Are you feeling sick or dizzy?»

WonPil remains in a totally messed state for a while, Chan panicking and trying to figure out what's wrong and what to do. «WonPil, try to take that thing and if it doesn't work, we just go away and never approach this place again, ok? I think that the weapon wants you to take it, these weapons are magical and they choose their owner. It could be very useful to you… I'll help you…»
Chan supports WonPil to stand and to approach. When close enough, the other literally looks on the brink of fainting.
Chan takes WonPil's trembling hand and places it around the hilt of the sword and assists him to pull it out. Unsurprisingly, the sword comes out of the ground without the slightest effort. And when it's fully out, they realise that it wasn't stuck into a rock, but it's the blade itself to be a rock..

Luckily, the last memory of Muhan wasn't WonPil's death, but the ritual, therefore, what WonPil sees is a bright blast of green and blue light spreading everywhere in a very dead nature.
He keeps feeling totally sick and terrified by that weapon, though and he has no way to understand why. He has never felt that way in his whole life. Not even when, as a child, Cho Chul Gang had his fury moments and would slam his gun at his face.

Chan picks WonPil up in his arms and, making sure to keep the other's hand in contact with the hilt, also places the sword on him to carry both back to the cave.

너 때문에 너무 놀랐다.

He doesn't know what got into him, he doesn't manage to calm down. He continues to feel overwhelmed by terror, unable to think or do anything.
The arrival and closeness of Chan doesn't manage to pull him out of it.
It will certainly pass, but he will need some time to cool down. After all, he suffered a huge shock and it's technically only been one hour or so, from when it happened.

He remains in Chan's arms without struggling, not even bothering to say some useless and dumb thing to pretend he is not gay, as he'd normally do even just to deal with the embarrassment.
He isn't sure what Chan is planning to do, but he said he will help him, that things will be all right and he wants to believe him. He needs to believe him.

He keeps his eyes closed while Chan carries him. He prefers not to see where they are going and why. He can't help but feel devastated by all this, since his new life had just begun, in South Korea, and for once he had a bit of hopes for… nice things to happen to him. He can never have an happy ending.

* Jager could have felt that he is a Kitsune/someone similar to him.

수마산들.

«Try to not be too good, at school. Even if you know all the answers to the test, give some wrong ones on purpose. Even if you know everything the professors ask, don't always raise your hand. Don't stand out too much, all right?» The last words HaoLin gave him, before they left home to head where their passage to the school is expected to pick them up.
The only thing WonPil's mind could produce while listening to his appa was: "no risk". He is clearly overestimates him, if he thinks he could do that good in school. He doesn't even put too much thinking into why would a father say such a thing, that's the opposite of what any parent would say.

They reach the stop and Chan is there too, waiting. WonPil waves and approaches him right away. He is not very excited to start school, even if it's a magical school, but at least he is curious.
Soon enough, hundreds of kirins approach and stop in perfect lines in front of the waiting students. All the stag-like magical creatures have a saddle, but no reins.
Before WonPil could make any question, Hao wraps his arm around his shoulders and approaches one of the kirins, helping him to mount. Chan does the same with a Kirin standing next to WonPil's and Hao too mounts on one on the other side.

When all the students are mounted and the time runs out, the kirins start to all move together in perfect synchrony, fast but not excessively.
They all follow the same path through the forest and up the mountains, until a majestic building appears before their eyes.
All the kirins stop in the courtyard, always in perfect lines, and that's where the professors come to get them.
HaoLin, Chan and all the older students are brought inside the main building - the school is a bit like an Imperial palace - while the first year ones are explained a few things.

WonPil and the other kids follow a female teacher in a wide hanbok through the corridor that finally lead them to the massive building where all the other students are.
There they are sorted into the only two Houses: Yin and Yang.
WonPil is sorted into Yang and his - initially grey - uniform turns white.
Chan, instead, has been wearing his black uniform from the beginning.
Even if there are two houses, all the students are mixed, not separated depending on the House, like in Hogwarts. They are also explained that the two houses aren't in a competition but actually have to work together, because every time they'll reach a certain amount of scores, all the students will get some privileges and rewards. The school focuses on cooperation, rather than competition.

WonPil runs to sit next to Chan, as soon as he is sorted. The other boy was reserving a seat for him.
After the headmaster finishes to explain and give the basic rules, they have their banquet and then move to the dormitories. They are only separated between males and females, that are in two buildings far from each others. The students can freely choose their bedroom friends, they are 2-people bedrooms.
HaoLin has his own room, as the healer of the school, like the teachers.

Rectifications.

Since the circumstances of RP have changed, his own arrival and whereabouts need to be updated too.

When he reached South Korea - that part and what's before it stays the same -, he is found by a mysterious man, who recognizes almost right away that there is something special in him. The man heals his wound, unknowingly to WonPil how, and eventually adopts him.
They live in the Korean equivalent of Diagon Alley, alongside the rest of the magic community but also the auriold disguised among them.

The warlocks, like Magnus and Tolui, help the auriold to hide and avoid suspicions, to keep them safe from the hunters.
The magic community itself is on their side and helps them, by treating them like members of their community and even providing fake documents to prove they are just wizards and witches.
Following that, auriold also have to attend the magical schools on Earth, depending on their locations.

In the new neighborhood, WonPil also met Chen, first, the same way, without even talking to him and Chan, with whom he became friend really quickly.
WonPil is set to start the Korean school of magic in October, even though he is a few years older than the typical first year students. There isn't such a thing as preschool and as an auriold, they discourage him from trying to skip years and show to be "above" the others. (Not that there would be that risk with WonPil xD).
