Lillian tried to steady her terrified breaths. Her new doctor was done preparing and moved over to her. He had a scalpel in hand and slowly moved it along lillians exposed hip she flinched and he yelled at her not to move. "D-dont touch me!" she srieked but the doctor only laughed.

The doctor grabbed a strange device and inserted it into the cut he had just made. Then he stitched it close. Lillian winced every time the needle was drawn through her skin. And she kept her eyes closed trying to imagine she was somewhere else. The doctor moved away scribling on a clip board

Then the doctor screamed. Lillian opened her eyes thinking soul had come back. That he hasn't been like the other the whole time. Insted she saw Darren. Wide smile spread over her face. "D Darren!" she hasn't seen her friend ever sense they had been separated in the forest. He was the reason Lillian was obsessed with stiffed animals. He had given her the bear and explained that animals could be trusted when humans couldn't.

Lillian narrowed her eyes at soul. Darren fell limply to the ground when soul pushed him. She struggled against her restraints and said. "Y-you...lied?" she paused in her squirming and took deep calming breaths, her hip had but the leather straps painfully. She closed her eyes.

Darren handed her a stiffed near and ruffled her hair. "Just remember Lily, animals can be trusted even when humans cant."

"T-trust..." Lillian whispered the word. It was so meaningless.

About the Extractors:
Extractors are simply taking care of the patients who cannot be helped any further. (Patients with a high age or terminal sickness do not count.) The Extractors are called when they are needed and they take care of problematic patients who are agressive, murdered or harmed someone, insane or posessed. And by taking ''care'' they mean they either kill them right away or torture them to death. From all of the Extractors, Aspect is the most feared one. He speaks very rarely. In his presence, patients smell death and cold touch of breeze. Also as the only extractor, he is wearing a terryfing mask to hide his face.

Aspect slowly walked through the empty halls of the hospital. His footsteps would resonate throughout the corridors. His eerie appearance dragged into shadow would be appearing from the door to door. He wouldn't speak, he would only slowly walk.

Lillians first move was to grab the stuffed bear. She moved off of the bed and near Darren. "H-here." she put the bear in his arms and folded them over his chest. She stayed on her knees next to him and then looked back at soul. "W-we...always e-escape." she stumbled over her words. Then she went back to her bed and reached a hand under it. She pulled out a scalpel and handed it to soul. "H-help?" she asked Pointing to her hip where the other doctor had placed the device.
