An unlikely meeting of two strangers. Landon Renee Crowe embarks on a trek across the deserts and ruins of the elder world. With them is an odd sort of cargo. The last survivor of the western nomadic tribe. He's to get her from the dried up west coast all the way east of Old America, where apparently another tribe resides....

2127, one whole hundred years after the world's economy collapsed. Everything is one giant wasteland. There was apparently some big plague way back when. It's hard to get the story straight especially since everyone from that time has died out. Some say it was the plague, some say the dead walked, others say Angel's rained fire from the sky. Over time the past gets more foggy.

Imagine being a teen and waking up one morning with your clothes torn, and in a place that’s unfamiliar, just a wild night?...

This explores the question, what would a couple of teens with a rebellious streak and questionable judgment do with these new found powers. Spoilers, they are less that responsible. Like young pups, they run around causing trouble and the thirst for adrenaline is ever present.

This story is a bit different in that we know the general direction of the relationship. This will focus on the lifespan of a couple’s relationship, from when they met; up until my character is deployed by the military. This will take place with occasional nods to the current state of the character’s occasional commentary on the story playing out. The bulk of the story will play out as if everything is is happening in real time, but with cuts or jumps to reference the couple while they’re grown and apart.
