Before proceeding any further, it's important to mention that my replies tend to be slow. I get busy/distracted often, and if you haven't the patience to deal with this, I'm afraid we won't be very writing compatible.

So then, a little about me, for those who are curious! I’ve been roleplaying for ~8 years now, and my style has been ever-changing. I tend to delve into gothic and murkier themes in my writing; by this I refer to stories that involve cults, crime and religious horror. My characters are made up of deeply flawed and often vengeful individuals that are constantly torn between their humanity and reaching their respective goals. They each have complex emotional scars and lean toward morally grey, if not evil. They're certainly not heroes, but they’re not anti-heroes, either. They're selfish, unapologetic, and are willing to engage in villainy in order to ensure their own survival. And yet, I like to write them not as bad people, but as resilient souls who possess admirable, redeemable qualities despite their wickedness.

My favourite genres are as follows:
Historical. I adore writing in the Victorian era, the 1940's, during the ancient Greeks and involving mythologies; these are but a few examples.

Romance. My favourite romances? Villainous couples with a wholesome relationship. Literally the best thing ever.

Fantasy. I enjoy fantasy with a darker twist - when it involves eerie elements, such as demons, dark magic, witches, ghosts, ghouls and vampires.

Religious Themes. I'm obsessed with religious themes, they always make things so much more dramatic. I like applying them to plots involving cults, vampires, or eldritch horrors.
