As established in MK11, there are countless alternate timelines in the MK universe. This version of Kabal is from one I decided to make up and can be easily customised for any number of partners and their ideas, so feel free to suggest some! Basic character details and premise below.

Body: Burned in places and heavily scarred.
Eye colour: Unknown.
Hair colour: Black.
Distinguishing features: Respirator and injuries.
Preferred weapons: Hookswords.
As opposed to joining the Black Dragon like his mainline story counterpart, this version of Kabal was abducted by them as a child and held to ransom. Even though the ransom was paid, instead of letting him go, the crime syndicate threw him into their underground fighting arena so he could continue bringing in money for them. Along with this, he was frequently tortured for their amusement, along with having his body modified and augmented to do better in their death matches, explaining where his powers come from in this timeline.
/For anyone that wants to suggest some ideas, they don't have to be within the black dragon fighting arena. He could easily be written to have escaped or any number of other things./
Despite everything, he surprisingly ended up with a very friendly personality, his hatred for the Black Dragon not withstanding. He can be quite a flirt at times, though becomes very anxious and tends to stutter if his mask is removed. Also managed to pick up a c*ckney accent during his time in the arenas.
