"Yes but it's also my job to annoy you to the point you get irritated and can focus on fighting and staying alive, plus I get to catch it all on video so that way we can learn what mistakes we made in our fighting and work on it better as a team." He chuckled as they drove off to the house, he smirked and shook his head sighing. "I mean you could sleep on the bed and I don't mind sleeping on the floor it's become so natural."
"That's true but honestly I'd start to miss it if you stopped because well it's our thing." He smirked as he got in on the driver side and looked over at Bucky. "You know to be honest I really am glad your finally back, I actually missed you and Sarah and the boys said you can stay over if you want and Bucky you don't have to sleep on the couch."
"Track me down huh? I wouldn't have wanted you distracted anyways because i know you needed this, Metal Man." He smirked and gently nudged him back as he walked up to the car and opened the door. "Come on get in and enough with the Bird Brain and I'll stop calling you Old and Metal. Since when can you cook? You could have been cooking for us this whole time?"
"Yeah and I know that's why you did it but I still wish I had at least told you so you knew when you got back or if you even came back. Things just haven't really been the same without you, Bucky." He slowly stood up and pulled him outside with him. "Come on we're going to Sarah's to have Gumbo."
Sam smiled as he moved his hand to Bucky's vibranium one and held it in his hand, he didn't care he had a metal one he cared about who it was attached to. "I have felt so strongly about you for so long Bucky but I had to let you go because you had a personal mission."
Sam let out a shaky breath as he looked at him and slowly shook his head as his words were soft almost a whisper. "No she didn't and it would have been weird fi she did. I missed you to Bucky but I knew you needed to do it and it's fine I promise you I forgave you the day you called me Cap."
"Yeah well when you have a Sister who is tired of seeing you sad you learn a few things." He looked at Bucky watching him as his heart pounded faster in his chest, once Bucky's lips pressed against his, he closed his eyes and kissed him back.
