survival

Serana would finally arrive to the place where she wanted to. She'd stop on the shore beach, not far from the city her mind flooding with memories. She'd remember that this was the place where she had first met him, The Last Samurai of Yorukaze, Miles Kilo. A slight touch of emotions ran across her spine in the form of goosebumps as she inhaled the sweet air and opened her eyes, to witness the beautiful scenery of the fading sea.

(Memory)

- Not bad..- Not bad. *Cough*

Said Serana as she cough out some blood and managed to get on her knees. She'd look up as she heard the gentle monotonic voice.

- What do you want from me, Serana ?

Said Kilo as he adjusted his mask, pointing his blade down at her. She'd smirk a bit before shaking her head and speaking again.

- You know the deal Kilo..- You're an exile. Dangerous threat to our community, and the elders want your head. They want you dead.

Kilo would sheathe his blade, speaking.

- I'm no threat. You know that. I'm not a machine to be controlled Serana. I've got free will, and you should be among the first to understand that. Even though I've spilled the blood of our kin, I do not regret my decision. They were not honorable, all they taught you. All they wanted to teach me, it was all lies. Everybody wants to rule the world, but people and the world itself are deemed to be free. I thought you were on my side.

With that, he'd slyly turn around on his heel, walking away, leaving Serana on the beach, alone.

(End of memory)

Serana would be staring into the distance, her eyes getting teary. She'd resist the tears only to enjoy the scenery.

Serana wiped her both blades off the blood as she slided it out of the body underneath her which belonged to some infected attacker. She'd shift her gaze in front of her, only to see the spaceful and forgotten Asylum. She'd fix the mask on her face, beginning to elegantly pacing towards the door of the Asylum. She'd pass through many corridors and alleys, but something really caught her attention. Large numbered horde of the infected, laying all across the room, dead. She'd look around for a bit, trying to find the person who did this, but she had no luck. She'd turn back towards the exit, leaving the building, muttering for herself.

- I'll find you..- Miles.
