Kilo would swiftly push himself off the concrete wall, and with a swift spin on his heel he'd kick his feet into motion, revealing himself in order so they can notice him and change their focus. To do that even further, while he paces towards the group, he moves his both hands behind his back, grabbing the handle of his Katana, moving it upwards and out of the sheathe. That would make the classical sound of cold steel being slided by something. He'd stop about five meters from the group, moving the tip of the katana towards the concrete wall underneath him, connecting the tip of it with the ground, looking up at the group, remaining silent, as if waiting for one of them to speak first.
His lower face would remain covered with a mask, and his eyes would not show much of an emotion.

Kilo would be standing behind the concrete wall, in order to avoid being spotted, however things he cannot see, he can hear. And upon hearing Blizzard's monologue, a small smirk would appear on his face underneath his mask, due to the fact he shares a similiar opinion.

He'd stop about 15-16 meters in front of the group, moving his both hands up to his face, adjusting the mask on his face again before dropping them both and crossing them behind his back, staring on the group and tilting his head to his left side a bit, not making a single blink of an eye, remaining silent.

Upon noticing Clarissa's actions, Kilo would push himself up from the ground, leaning over the ledge, dropping down from the building. It wouldn't be a hight drop, only about 4-5 meters, but it would surely make noise as he lands on his both feet.
He'd move his gaze up on them, adjusting the mask on his face and kicking his feet into motion, slowly pacing towards them.
