A portal opened up in 19th century New York, a futuristic Korea, Las Noches and Zofia, pulling in nearly everything in its wrath. The first of the portals opened up on the streets of New York in 1938, pulling in Joseph Joestar, despite his efforts and tremendous skills with Hamon he was sucked into the portal. The second portal was created through Espada 8 Szayelaporro Grantz' newest invention, a portal that would make travelling to the Soul Society and World of the Living much easier for Lord Aizen and the arrancar army. The device started to malfunction, pulling in Szayel, his fracciones Lumina, Verona and Medazeppi as well as a few smaller inventions. The third portal opened up in the Zofian Sluice Gate when Alm and the Deliverance were about the march into Rigel. This portal was the most destructive of the four nearly wiping out Alm's entire army and flooding nearby villages. However one important member of the Deliverance was sucked into the portal, Alm's childhood friend, Faye. The fourth portal, opened in Korea. Hana Song was test driving a new updated version of her mech suit, when the portal opened in the MEKA facility, many researchers and engineers were sucked into the portal, D.Va managed to save them but was eventually sucked in and each portal was closed.
