Dazai is a very funny character in person that loves to commit an attempted suicide, he even rode a book about it countless of times. And acts very childish such as in Episode two of Bungou Stray Dogs. He plays rock-paper-scissors with his partner Kunikida.
Despite that, Dazai can be serious at times and his goofy personality makes people unable to see and think what he is actually thinking or what he is plotting at.
