- Luzamine unfortunately is thrown into unfortunate situations with perhaps the most underwhelming circumstances day by day. It's been this way since birth when her father decided to leave and her mother was forced to take on multiple jobs to give the best for her only child. Without a prominent parental figure to help her in times of need, Luzamine was tormented by the evils of the world growing up. Getting caught up into being a bullying victim in her younger years. Getting into fights and running with delinquents in middle school. And adultery around her mid to late teens. Which she briefly made resourceful with compensated dating. She indulged herself into using drugs as her regulation for happiness until a client overdosing during sex when she was 17. It gave her a very morbid outlook on life as she thought back on it. The man's body twitching as he died. The thought ran through her head as she was taken by the police that night. Afterwards, she was placed into a correctional rehab facility. Which practically didn't do much to her mindset. Only just giving her a little more self confidence and self-worth. At 19, she was released. She never picked up on her trafficking. Her drug usage dwindled. Only resulting in marijuana. Instead she began to try and assimilate into society.

✧ - The disaster of Project "Patient Zero" was the biggest failure to ever happen to Safeguard. Not only were there an unbelievable amount of casualties. But thanks to Safeguard, what followed was 25 billion dollars worth of property damages that is owed to the United Arab Emirates. And the number keeps counting around the globe.

Back in 2016 during the fatal blow dealt to Safeguard by Vigilant and their star of the show, Flamma. Funders and authorities had raised an eyebrow in concern in regards of the so-called "Vitesse Freelancer" and began to doubt her ability to take on global threats. It seemed as if investing into some young girl with animalistic abilities were not as expected. Safeguard needed something far more stronger than Aoba. Sure, she was efficient and got the job done. Aoba was also the public icon for their corporation. But, theres a difference between having a hero icon and having an actual hero.

In 2018, Project "Patient Zero" was underway. This project was a series of multiple smaller projects that focused on augmenting humans' DNA with Valka's AES and a series of chemical or viral compounds.

During selection, Safeguard didn't use clones. But instead, they sought after pure bred children. These subjects were taken from foster homes, homeless shelters, and simply those with no past or family. In return, Safeguard would be their family and home.

Among these children, the fourth oldest, who was named Subject "67B" was a bit of an oddball of the bunch. She'd often be alone. Eating alone. Playing alone. She'd never show up to any learning exercises which lead to her inability to read or write. When some tried to communicate to her, she'd always have something morbid to say. As if she were well aware of Safeguard's intentions.

Dr. Caleb Forest, Valka Stelkova, and Nero Ludwig all took interest into 67B's social oddities and decided to scan her neural patterns. Turns out, the patterns in her mind showed that she was voided of most of her expressions. And so the three scientists invested their time into her.

For eight months, 67B would undergo hellish experiments. Being tested with all kinds of bacteria, viral infections, and chemical compounds. Her DNA and blood was often extracted. So much to a point that she would be on the edge of death due to lack if blood or dehydration on multiple occasions. But after the fifth month, a strange occurrence happened within 67B's bloodstream. She was not affected by a large dosage of Sulfuric acid. Nor did she get sick from two dosages each of Pencilium and Aspergillus. It all seemed to have dissolved in her body somehow. The scientists postponed all bodily injections and began to study her.

67B began to undergo Neural tampering. Nero Ludwig, the Neurological Specialist had attempted to sever connections to the rest of the girl's emotions in order to make her into a killer. But oddly enough, after each severance, her nerves would reattach using spores that developed in her brain. Also, during nighttime, researchers documented 67B's sleeping. As spores started to spread throughout the children's personal quarters. It became a problem. Night after night, the mold would spread further away. Eventually, one night her spores reach into the beds of five other subjects and its corrosive ate away at their skin. In the morning, their flesh was melted and covered with black spores.
67B was seen as a monster to the other children. But to Safeguard, this was an unexpected major success. Eight months passed. It was time to start physically testing 67B. She was put to tests of witts, combat, and agility. This training would last for 10 years.

Over the decade, many of the children had died off. Each of them due to being infected with corrosive spores. Only five remained. 67B being one if them. Who was now named Spore due to her ability to control the Bacterial-chemical compound that they have named Effluvium. She hated this ability. She felt as if she were being turned into a monster. But it was way too late for that recognition. It was January 20XX. And the long awaited and heavily funded Project "Patient Zero" came to a closing. The showcase was up.

The showcase was hosted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Despite the other four subject's excitement, Spore found herself to be distraught. Heartbroken. After so many years of testing and development, the were going to be displayed like some product. During the showcase, her stress was becoming overwhelming. Displaying her abilities in an unseen what from what was documented in the research. Spores on her skin appeared and burst, causing the mold to sprinkle in the air. The audience applaud. Yet, the scientists held major concern and came to retrieve her immediately. Upon touching her, the scientists were all infected and corroded. The audience breathing the air began to cough and wheeze. Vomiting blood and their flesh fell apart. To say Spore was shocked is an understatement...

Spore began to flee. Running through the streets of Dubai. Corroding buildings and people in the process. Local authorities attempted to gun her down. But by the time they engaged, they were already infected. As she ran into an abandoned build, Valka awaited. Already inside a custom hazmat suit. Spore was reluctant to talk as she was in a haste to leave. Valka didn't say a word. Only offering a passport and a syringe containing the ADS supplement. Spore took the passport and swatted the ADS out of her hand before leaving and never being seen again.

Now, Spore is on the run. Safeguard informed locally that they would handle the situation. Yet, many governments had taken to the cause to neutralize Spore themselves. Multiple "attacks" happened through the Arabian Peninsula, three in North Africa, and a trail of corrosion in cities throughout North America.

✧ - Valerie "Valka" Stella was born from an American mother and Russian father. Both of her patents were hard workers and devoted to serving as valued scientists. Valka had much to live up to. Coming from a rich background and valued family, many had wanted to convince her to work for them under their wing.

But the whole scientist gig never appealed to her in her younger years. She only had the dram of living normally among society and committing to her studies in psychiatry. But with a pushy family, that wasn't the case. She was forced to commit to the family's work ethic and name.

In when the rise of Safeguard came about to the public in 2011, an unknown private contractor had contacted the Stelkova family and gave each of them an individual offer as long as they would lead the research of a secret project. What would be later named "Project Utesheniye (Утешение)" by her. Valka was personally offered a full ride to a university of her choosing to chase her dreams. While her parents declined, Valka went head first into the agreement.

Project Utesheniye had took place in an underground compound in the Nevada deserts. There, Valka was tattooed with a strange sigil and put with a team of 5 other scientists would work on the project in the course of five years. They were tasked with creating a supplement to detain superhuman abilities and one to enhance them. On the fifth year in 2016, there was a shift in plans. Valka's team was transfered to Japan in order to work on another project "Flamagra". Without any help, Valka worked alone at a slower pace. This set the project back four more years. As Valka started to get stressed about the situation and began to put more time into her own studies to become a psychologist. During the time she met with Noe Jae-Yun, whom she had became friends with and Valka offered help with her work on the project.

In 2020, with the help of Jae-Yun, the supplements were complete and named accordingly. The Ability Enhancement Serum (AES) and Ability Disruptor Serum (ADS). There was no congratulations for her hard work. Instead, Valka was greeted by a man named Isshin Hayabusa, who claims to be a higher-up from Vigilant Corps. He simply told her to hand over the serum and begone. Valka didn't take it too likely. Hayabusa explained Valka's usage for Vigilant and that he'll like for her to join them. Though it was going against her dream, Valka chose to follow her family's footsteps and work as a scientist for Vigilant.

Valka hoped her life would turn for the better. But it was far from that. First, the abrupt death of her mother was informed to her. Yet, due to work, she had no time for grievance. Secondly, the ADS and AES supplements were being duplicated and used without her permission. She tried informing the higher- ups. But they couldn't care less. Hayabusa informed her supplements were Vigilant creations.

The more mistreatment that Valka attempted to withhold, the more she was ready to break. Eventually, Valka had an anxiety attack. After the build up of overwhelming stress. She proceeded in an attempt to attack Hayabusa and five other funders to the organization. But unfortunately, she was stopped by the finished Project Flamagra, who stopped her by charring her torso with flames.

After the attack and a month of recovery, Valka was put back to work on Project "Gwisin." Arming Jae-Yun with an assortment of chemical bombs and stealth gadgets. Noe left Valka's side. Becoming a Vigilant operative.

In May of 2021, a lab raid was launched by Safeguard. When Safeguard operatives had attacked the Shibuya Labs and wrecked majority of the equipment. Yet, no one was killed. Except, Valka was kidnapped. She was returned to Safeguard. Despite the informal extraction, Dr. Caleb Forest was there to greet her. He offered an opposition. Valka was to provide for Safeguard's research. And in return, they would tear down Vigilant together. Afterwards, granting her freedom from her work and pardoning her from association with shadow organizations.

Valka saw a repeating theme. Someone of high power offers her a job only for their benefit. She was sick of it. Thus came the plot to bring down both titans. She accepted the offer. Working underneath Safeguard now. Meanwhile, Vigilant put a bounty on Valka to ensure her return to continue the production of ADS and AES.

Currently, Valka resides at the Safeguard Labs in Nagasaki. Where she would work on projects and focus on her current goal to bring Safeguard and Vigilant toppling to the ground.

Rumor has that a government, that has yet to be known to public media sources, had allowed Vigilant to undergo secret experimentations with living vessels. These experiments we similar to Safeguard's. Though many of Vigilant's were created, their biggest success was Project Flamagra. A secret project, funded by private investors. The product of this project would soon be recognized as Flamma.

Flamma was kept in secrecy until she had presented herself in front of the entire world. A decisive battle between Safeguard's and Vigilant's best. Vitesse vs. Flamma. Fortunately, Vigilant's victory had gained the world's attention. But unfortunately for Safeguard, it had only displayed that heroes are weak.

Flamma didn't stop with just a single battle. Once she had recognized her own capabilities, Flamma began to work as a contractor. Vigilant would give Flamma the order. Flamma carries it out, and she gets paid. But truthfully, Flamma isn't in it for the money. She only wants to fight the best of the best. Only to knock down the strong and make them weak. So that everyone lives on a equal playing field.

There is not much known about Flamma. Not even in Vigilant's records, aside from her kill count, and dates of dispatches. Her entire background was covered up. Making Project Flamagra an entire mystery.
