New.

So… he summon all the candidates to be Generals and also a few people who could apply as Ministers, since he did quite a purge - that didn't involve a massacre and whole dynasties wiped.
There is basically only YunFei still keeping his position.

He didn't tell the people why they were summoned, he wanted them to come with anxiety. And then give them a good news.
He also summoned Lani, but for another day, so he can have even more anxiety. He has some resentment towards him, after all.

MiaoTong is Qing/ChangMi. He followed BangSul when he went after the Zhou and ended up stuck in the past with the rest.
He remained with BangSul all along. They first moved on Earth, until they realised that due to his similarity to a member of BTS, their life there would be simply impossible.
They tried to live in Heinhoss, but BangSul couldn't stand the thought of Zhou on the throne.

BangSul organised the rebellion entirely, with the only purpose of putting LianBi's only heir left on the throne. The fake Emperor was to keep Qing safe until he could take the throne himself. According to the plan, XuQun would take all of the needed, unpopular acts till he would abdicate to Qing, who would take all the popular actions to make himself a beloved Emperor after a tyrant.
XuQun was never Qing's ex, that was supposed to be a cover up to justify the abdication towards him: the fact that he felt sorry for his ex he couldn't overcome.

The Fu couple only pretended to be his parents. They were paid by BangSul to hold their game. They don't even live in the same place, they only showed up there when needed. The job travels were the perfect cover up to justify their absence.

Tero didn't know the truth about Qing. He even questioned BangSul about him, after he met him under the name of MiaoTong, but the older brother denied be was Qing and said their similarity was only a case.
Tero got furious upon learning the truth.

Qing is at all effects the real Emperor, although it was all BangSul's will and plan.
He never had those many jobs, they were just a cover to avoid suspicion. He used the time artefact to meet with BangSul and the few others who knew the truth, in a way that would make it totally secret and undetectable.

Lani forced him to do the blood test, when things became simply too suspicious to let go. He feared he could even be a spy from the remnants of the Hori Sect.
The blood test revealed that MiaoTong is the nephew of ShinLin, making Minho the only possible father, and the second-cousin of Hazel, making him the son of a sibling of her grandfather.

Qing ran away from Shiinden as soon as he had the chance to, before the results of the blood test. He returned to BangSul and told him everything that happened.

Act.

As he heard that the artefact was put there, he goes to the House of Scorpion with the intention to steal it.
Without the artefact, he can't continue to live as before, since everything keeps making him more and more suspicious, ever since XinLan divulged those things about him. He still can't believe that he seriously guessed that much, when he did his best to act very carefully - until he decided to dispose of the artefact.

He walks inside, quite clueless how things work about the artefacts and… takes it (?).
Then he hides it in his clothes and hurries to go out, returning to the stairs.

Lan?

XinLan tricked him saying it's his birthday and everyone in his family forgot about it. So, he gifts him a bunch of stuff in GW2 - as he can't leave Shiinden yet.
Among the various things, some outfits and skins. His gold patrimony drops to barely 3800g after all the gifts.
It will follow some intense 36-hour-long RIBA-chest-farm sessions to recover.

Actually... NiaN.

Nian WangJi was born from Admiral Nian's wife, YooJin's mother, but naturally he was conceived from a different father, although the admiral never found out the truth about it. Whether it was their mother's willing betrayal or she was raped by some scary man, that's something they'll probably never know.

WangJi was the youngest member of the family, but since the first years of his life, he showed signs of a mental instability that was far from acceptable for their father. Admiral Nian would get rid of a son for less, as he proved with his oldest child too and he certainly wouldn't let a mad kid be associated with their family.

He was 12 when he barely managed to survive an attempt to kill him, from some of his father's thugs, sent by him to do the job in his place.
He survived thanks to his exceptional use of magic, killing all the attackers. At that point, the only person who ever cared for him and didn't show hate towards him, YooJin, came to him and helped him to escape, knowing that there would be no other way for him to survive their father's wrath.

From that moment on, WangJi was on the streets, but in a way, it was almost better than being at home with his father. YooJin occasionally sent him some money when he was able to, but it wasn't so easy. Their father isn't the type who gives money or leaves it at disposal.
As it's imaginable, with harshness and violence WangJi's mental condition only degenerated, reaching the point that he could barely distinguish reality from psychosis and became haunted by his obsession towards WuXin. What triggered him so much about the young Yung was that, for his disturbed mind, he reminded him of YooJin a little, which probably makes the whole thing even scarier.
From the moment he saw WuXin from the first time, he became even crazier than he was before, wanting him at all costs and doing all sort of dangerous, stupid things that caused the anger of both Liao and Sao.

At around 16, driven by his twisted and crazy feelings, he started to assault pretty much every young noble boy he could reach, everyone who would, worryingly, remind him even slightly of WuXin.
Although he was a serial rapist, he never killed any of his victims nor he was exaggeratedly cruel with them or anyone else.
Also, even if he truly raped those boys, not just rape wasn't considered a crime at that time, but the victims, driven by shame and fear, never even made word of it to anyone, which resulted in WangJi never being charged for it.

After joining forces with RuYin, he indeed managed to kidnap WuXin and celebrated some sort of wedding just them two, that of course had no legal or other value, just a random thing a madman came up with. He was 17 at the time.
Although it was the scariest experience a person could ever go through, be kidnapped by someone like WangJi, he didn't harm WuXin in any way. But indeed, their 'marriage' didn't last long, as barely a couple of hours after the abduction, Imperial Assassins led by Sao broke inside his hideout and dragged him away.

He got tortured for days, not really because someone thought he could have some useful information or to make him confess, there was no need for it, he was death sentenced even before Sao would decide what for.
Using his power and influence, plus vicinity with Yichuan who was still General at the time, Sao could make things go exactly his way. Who would even care of the fate of that denied madman? /YooJin that old farts didn't calculate/

The cruelest type of execution was chosen for WangJi and he couldn't handle it bravely at all. He cried and begged and screamed from the second the decision was made, till the moment he died, in the middle of a blood-thirsty crowd, cheering for his suffering.
The only charge he could be convicted with was 'homosexuality', since Sao didn't want the incident involving WuXin to be known, in order to protect him from rumors and other dangers.

Regardless everything, one attempt to save him was actually made by YooJin, after he learnt about the matter. He couldn't act directly, but he managed to reach for Minho, who was already quite famous for defending even the lowest people against the most powerful, but no matter what, nothing could save WangJi from the power of Sao and Yichuan combined.

YooJin was present at the execution and even tried to reach for him, out of desperation, but he got blocked by guards and forced to watch...

*To match the timeline, YooJin is 24 years old in the present day.
**WangJi was 1.88 and quite a big boy, overall.
***YooJin didn't know about the rapes nor of WangJi's obsession for WuXin, but later found out that he kidnapped him, which added to his anxiety to be in Shiinden, close to him.
