Another gathering.
When Shangque and Chan return, he summons everyone involved in the matter to decide what to do.
SuXi arrives fast, not wanting to waste any second to find WuXing. Shangque is together with Chan in the room.
Shige is sat on his throne while waiting for everyone to be there. He is thoughtful and worried, he hopes they can solve it all before the arrival of the other feud leaders, to have SuXi fully in his right mind. He is a brillant boy but at the moment he is not in his best mind.

Shige is sat on his throne while waiting for everyone to be there. He is thoughtful and worried, he hopes they can solve it all before the arrival of the other feud leaders, to have SuXi fully in his right mind. He is a brillant boy but at the moment he is not in his best mind.
Incoming war.
Soon his messangers return with the answers from other feuds. The leaders will be coming for his invitation, but only less hostile feuds. Others didn't bother to give an answer. He advertised it like a meeting to discuss the future of the south.
He is preparing other things too. Since it didn't go that well with Chen, he is planning every single thing, like projects for the houses and school. He really wants everything ready, to leave Lianxi with a lighter heart.
Meanwhile...reinforcements from Xingxi begin to arrive, together with prince SuXi to lead them. The time is getting closer but Shige made a deal with them to at least wait till the meeting. SuXing intends to be present anyway, in order to show they are not to be joked with.
He is preparing other things too. Since it didn't go that well with Chen, he is planning every single thing, like projects for the houses and school. He really wants everything ready, to leave Lianxi with a lighter heart.

Burocracy.
In a matter of a few days, they get everything ready and appoint everyone as citizens of Lianxi, also giving them their badge to go in and out ans get freely the water from wells.
As for houses, they haven't enough. They give priority to families with children while others will still be hosted in the inn. The space is little for new houses - they need it to build their school - so they start planning to build outside the walls, enlarging even more Lianxi. He also assigns people to work, giving them a choice among the needed positions: kitchen, tailor, builder, woodcutter, guard, teacher, assistants and more.
Shige works for many days on all the new projects regarding a new, wider Lianxi. He sent various messangers to the allied feuds, inviting them there. He doesn't want to submit everyone, he just wants an united people to work together on the future, with the least fights possible.

He heads back with his group once everyone is ready and he had his last agreements with Bixia. They have to go ten each, every hour. Shige goes ahead first, wanting to see what was of his feud.

They find themselves in troubles because of the inn not properly finished. He planned to send the ex Huangye slaves there for now; he sends builders to get it ready quickly to host those people.
He keeps checking on everything. Especially their supplies since they are suddenly raising in numbers. To his surprise, he finds the food deposits crowded and nothing seems ruined, not even fresh fruit and veggies. He is shocked, not knowing about the curse and Qi's doing.
Others settle themselves between Qi's, Chan's and Jager's house but most people move in with Chan.

Some things still need to be settled for their plans in the south, regarding the union of all the feuds. He intends to use diplomacy as much as possible, offering as much freedom as possible to the feud, except for common rules to follow. Of course, subject feuds would receive help from Lianxi in case of need and the opposite. Very reasonable overall, but they are also aware some will fight it. If there is no agreement, then they'll have to use force but attempting to scare for most, to try to avoid as much as possible deaths.
He brings up to Bixia Qi's request regarding the slaves but it is a more complicated matter. He cannot buy so many people at once. "Bixia. I understand they used to be your enemies but we are talking about women and children for most. Lianxi needs to grow and being us allies in this, it can bring advantage even to you. Not to mention...my doctor, even if a Huangye, could give effective theraphies to your sons, he'll continue to do so. Please consider it and ponder what you might want in exchange other than his services."
