Biography : Shida was born to a fish farming family in Osaka, all was well until the age of 11 when a tsunami hit near his home, making fish farming now inaccessible in the area and without enough money to move they had to scrap by. During all this time Shida tried fighting off the negative by escaping with swimming. He found it incredibly soothing, after a couple years of training he was scouted by a middle school swimming team, he easily became the best in the team. Because of this he won many competitions which gave his family a lot of money, around this time his family had gotten back on their feet just enough to move to Tokyo where his family had become successful fish farmers again! And Shida had became one of the best swimmers in the region, eventually he got into an elite school and actually into the Olympic Games after being scouted from being the prefect for his preparatory school house. He won 3 gold medals in Rio and started his pro hero career.
