Knights never existed. Some characters can remember what they were and used to do, everything else remain the same without knights and Shiinden. Their special powers remain and they can still cultivate them.
What happened involving knights was solved by the 9 and the Avatars, or some other hero too. TiHao is still missing, taking more than 5 years in the fight against the Sect of Hori. He was present when HaoLin and Elton disappeared and that mess started, he fought but had to leave again after leaving Haeri with them. The kids can still live in TiHao's place, they were given to Hwi so they could even be in Heinhoss depending on the preference.

WuXin is currently the Yung family head and took the place of Minister of Inner Affairs. Still married to ShinLin and with all the children remaining, including young Sao and Cecil. He is working hard to open a school like Malidedom in Xuanghen, his children frequented the northern school until eastern one opens.
LanJi and Qi finished school. The first works in the IG, the other is studying in a northern Academy, he went for Medicine.

Min's situation didn't change much except she is not a Gold Knight and teaches Curses and Talismans in the Huo Sect.

WuMei is a major issue without the knowledge given by knights. She is very lonely due to the lack of control on her powers, she still can't manage the fact that when she touches someone, she risks to absorb all their energy and core. She is trying hard by herself.
