He is the angel of death, vengeance, and revelation, as well as one of Heaven's elite Archangels. In the third movie, he has transitioned into a protagonist who redeems himself for his evil actions.
Gabriel wished to win the heavenly war against Lucifer and his hellish minions, and he was greatly angered by God for His inaction and silence about the stalemate in the war against Hell, and by the remaining angels for their blind obedience to God and their lack of free will. Thus, he decided to take matters into his own hands, even if he had to betray His creator and the rest of his creation. He was very narcissistic and never reconsidered his mission even once (until his redemption, that is). He always thought that the end justifies the means, however insane they are.
Speaking about God's creations, Gabriel loathed humanity and killed many people for sometimes no reason thorough the ages, proudly boasting that he murdered newborns in front of their mothers; he also didn't think much of his minions, killing them when they outlived their usefulness and torturing them when they failed him, as seen when he burned Izzy's hand after her suicide attempt. By the second installment, his hatred of humans worsened, to the point that he was willing to compromise the birth of a Nephilim prophesized to bring prosperity to Heaven, simply because he was part human, showing how hypocritical he was. He also brutally tortured and murdered any angel who stood against him with no second thought. His favorite methods of execution included beatings his victims to death and setting them on fire.
Also, despite sadistically tormenting beings that couldn't harm him, he was no coward, fighting powerful beings such as angels if he had to and even laughing at Lucifer's face. He also didn't flinch when Archangel Michael threatened him to suffer a "harsh punishment" for his various crimes and rebellion.
Since he didn't care much about "down here", Gabriel would've gladly caused the biblical Apocalypse and destroyed the whole Earth (if not the whole universe) just to achieve the war. Given his very sadistic nature and genocidal intends, Lucifer remarked that Gabriel was no better than him. Gabriel was also once again very hypocritical given that he criticized Lucifer for his obsession with God and the Heavens, while Gabriel himself constantly thought about God, and wanted to take over Heaven as a way to overthrow God and make Him suffer for his inaction.
Deep down, Gabriel was very insecure and wished that God renewed His interest in His angels and loved them as He did when He created them, which also explains why he hated humanity so much as Gabriel thought that God preferred them over the angels. This also highlights his supremacist mindset, believing angels to be superior to mortals because of their powers, infinite lifespan, and wisdom. He was greatly wronged anytime his mission or even loyalty towards God and the Heavens was put in question.
After spending twenty years as a human as punishment for his various misdeeds, Gabriel completely changed and became much humbler, nicer, and (quite literally) more human. Instead of desiring humanity's destruction, Gabriel sought to protect them and earned redemption for his actions, by looking over Danyael, the Nephilim that he failed to murder in the previous installment. As Danyael's girlfriend lay dying, Gabriel did his best to comfort her, unable to do anything else in his powerless state. Upon earning his powers back, he was kind enough to heal her injuries and save her.
Gabriel was an immensely powerful archangel who possessed an impressive array of powers, given his celestial origins:

Perception Alteration: Gabriel can make people see and hear things that are not really there.
Resurrection: As the angel of death, Gabriel can call back the souls of the recently deceased to their bodies and return them to life. He can grant them a form of immortality by refusing to let them die until they fulfill their obligations to him.
Healing: Gabriel can heal a person's wounds, even fatal ones. After regaining his powers, he was able to heal Danyael's girlfriend of her fatal injuries.
Pyrokinesis: Gabriel can set fire to objects and people with only a thought.
Flight: Gabriel can fly with his wings.

Babyface
Born from incest when Wilson Concannon, an infamous horror film director, raped his 13-year-old daughter Alexa, the killer was locked away in the shed as a young boy where he cut off his face and stitched on a babyface mask in hopes of impressing his father. Beforehand, Wilson was filming his horror "masterpiece" The Hills Run Red where a boy chopped his face off, donned a babyface mask, and went on a murderous rampage. Wilson, with his sociopathic mind, wore the babyface outfit as he filmed himself slaughtering the actors as the young Alexa was forced to film and edit. However, when Wilson finally finished the film, it was quickly wiped out of popular culture as deemed too scary and violent.
The film follows Tyler, who is obsessed with a lost horror film The Hills Run Red. As both the director and the film itself are completely wiped out of popular culture. Tyler and Alexa, now an adult stripper, headed out to find the latter's father in the woods. As such, the two went with Serina and Lalo, Tyler's friends, only to be kidnapped and tied up by rednecks on their journey, who had intent to kill and rape them all. However, the real Babyface Killer, now a murderous adult as well, appears before slaughtering the homicidal rednecks only to disappear shortly afterward.
After breaking out of their bounds and into the director's house, Tyler and his friends were attacked by Babyface. Tyler was then knocked out in a brutal conflict with the deranged murderer, only to wake up yet again tied to a wheelchair with, much to his surprise, the lost director of The Hills Run Red, Wilson Concannon. Concannon then reveals, as aforementioned, that Babyface was conceived when he raped Alexa as a young girl and the reason the movie was so realistic was that the actors were actually being murdered, thus explaining why all of the film's actors vanished.
This is all meanwhile as Babyface viciously rapes Serina as Alexa, who revealed to her former friends that she is another murderous psychopath wanting to prove herself to her deranged father, begins taunting and torturing a tied up Lalo. After killing Lalo, Alexa is shot by her own father as he states he's the only director in the family. This angers Babyface, triggering him to fight his sociopathic dad and viciously kill him as well, all filmed and rooted on by Tyler. After killing his father, Babyface dashes towards Tyler into a bloodthirsty high but is caught off guard and killed by Serina as she escaped and stabbed him in the back with a long iron staff.
Nearing the end of the film, Alexa is revealed to be alive when she knocked out both Tyler and Serina, still keeping Serina alive as she tied Tyler to a chair where he gleefully watched the original uncut version of The Hills Run Red. Serina is revealed to be extremely close to giving birth to Babyface's child, as the movie eerily ends with Alexa planning to use Babyface's mask for her nephew and sings it a lullaby. In one of Chromeskull's secret torture bases, we can see an Babyface mask hanging off in the walls and on top of the mask is written "RIP" in an Negrito letter font which means "Rest in Peace" thus showing Chrome is aware of Babyface's death, and gave him an tribute. Whether it's the original Babyface mask or an similar mask Chrome made it himself, is unknown. Chrome was probably aware of Baby's modus operandis and killing sprees and vice-versa.

Chromeskull
ChromeSkull was the name attributed to a psychopathic killer who preyed upon other criminals in the Southeastern United States in the late 2000s. Little is known about this man, but it is possible that his true name might have been Jesse Cromeans, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida. ChromeSkull was a mute who wore a disguise consisting of a black coat, pants and gloves and a chrome-plated mask in the shape of a skull. He enjoyed videotaping his victims as he tormented them and utilized a shoulder-mounted mini-camera to record their final moments as well as audio samples of their voices. Since he was mute, ChromeSkull would keep all of his collected audio samples on a mini-recorder and played select tracks to communicate his thoughts and desires to others. Immensely strong, ChromeSkull's preferred weapons of choice were a pair of twin hunting knives.
In 2007, ChromeSkull had an arrangement with funeral director Mister Jones and used the coffin construction building adjacent to the Jones Funeral Home to conduct his murders. One of ChromeSkull's potential victims, an unidentified prostitute, managed to escape from him. He pursued her across the Florida countryside, claiming several more victims including the town sheriff, but the girl managed to escape from him. ChromeSkull was incapacitated when a man named Steven switched out the adhesive he used to apply his mask to his face with a highly corrosive acid.
He later returned 2 years later. It takes place not long after the first massacre where the mysterious organization he apparently runs nurses him back to health. One of the assistants tries to take his place throughout the film and is killed as a result. After brutally murdering at least 3 cops, during the climax he is shot and thought to be dead by a detective and one of his recent would be nearly blind victims. However, he is revealed to be alive and well due to wearing a bulletproof vest. The ending scene shows him entering some city apparently on Halloween ready to start yet another rampage after talking to what appears to be an mistress/known assistant. The last scene of the film (Post Credit) shows ChromeSkull's supposed wife who is nearing the end of her pregnancy. She finds out about his killings and shoots herself in an interrogation room.
Trivia: A planned third film, titled Laid to Rest: Exhumed, allegedly would have delved in ChromeSkull's origin (which was hinted at in the prologue of Laid to Rest 2). The film's crowdfunding campaign failing and creator Robert Hall's death in 2021 make it unlikely that the film will ever be made, which is just sad.

Killion Parker
In December 1972 Parker sent a letter to the police confessing to the murder of over 100 victims (mostly prostitutes). In the letter he indicated that he stabbed and burned his victims and disposed of the bodies using barrels of hydrochloric acid. He left the remains in a local river. In his house, police and journalists found bloodstains on the walls and floor with the chain with which Parker said he had chained his victims and still photographs of his various victims in plastic bags. These items were labeled with handwritten papers. 2 barrels of acid with partially dissolved human parts were also left open for police to find with a note stating "the dead bodies in this house were deliberately left for the authorities to find". Parker was sentenced to death by hanging the same day. The judge recognized that if he had not turned himself in, he would probably never have been captured. Police officers compared barrels they found at Parker's home similar to Dahmer's "Extremely gore with the pure odor of death." In his house, a thick cover notebook was also found where he described of 158 victims exactly how he would have captured, killed and tortured 40 of them. To this day, the pages have not been released with the judge stating "There are really certain things that we do not release so as not to shock society" and the notebook was incinerated on January 2, 1973. Parker also confessed before dying "that it is not that cruel " and that he let multiple prostitutes live and that they didn't confess anything to the police because they feared the same. He was also considered homophobic and did not refer to police as police but as "faggots" saying that he did not kill but that he had already "hurt" and "traumatized" many homosexuals during his criminal career and not just prostitutes. Incredible as it seems Parker was a legend on the streets of Detroit as he stole money from prostitutes as soon as he killed them and helped the needy children of the community. 1 day after his execution, rapper Kool Moe Dee spoke out saying "The streets of Detroit have lost a legend and prostitutes don't work like they do in GTA. Some do ask to die." One of the reasons Parker was nicknamed a werewolf is because he only acted at night.

One day, he found a greyish-colored packet of powder in his backyard and after having some soup in the afternoon and vomiting again, he noticed a sediment in his plate that looked like the mysterious powder. Upon further examination, he found more of the substance in his wife's and children's dishes. Intrigued, he brought the powder and plates to Evanston for analysis with attending physicians, Dr. Isaac Poole and Professor H. S. Corbart, revealing that the powder contained arsenic. Following this discovery, Pamela Rose was arrested soon after.
