Codename 'Death' is a member of the UAE

The UAE is mostly comprised of the ancestral descendants of top-ranking government officials (most notably, the last standing president of the United States before the war, James Montmif), and elite members of the U.S military. In more recent decades they have begun taking in ordinary people, granting them American citizenship in order to form the nation state.

The UAE exercises control over a number of strategic locations: communication centres, government facilities, military bases and more; thus the UAE has access to (limited) stockpiles of pre-war equipment, earning it the reputation of being the most technologically advanced nation currently known to man. It is for this reason that the UAE sees itself as the only true future for humanity, and is unyielding in its goal to rebuild civilisation.

Background: Andy was born into one of the largest, wealthiest families of his time, the Iceland Family, this was a large bloodline of people which formed an assassin's brotherhood in the Kingdom of Floresc. From a young age, he was brought into his family's occupation.. hunting vampires and other mythical creatures that roamed in the darkness of the night killing innocent people. As he learned to become a member of the Assassin's Brotherhood he also learned what the vampires and other creatures have done to the human race and grew a hatred for everything that wasn't human.

Background:
Not much is known about the life he had before he enlisted in the UNSC besides the fact that Andy enlisted when he was young, he was 18 when he originally enlisted into the UNSC Marine Corps and 21 when he became an ODST. Throughout his time in the UNSC he proved himself to be one of the best soldiers within their ranks.

((He is still a WIP but is now available for RPs, as for an explanation of his name... he is modeled after the other Andy Iceland character but meant strictly for Halo. Same goes for all my other OCs named after Andy.))

My rules are very simple, I expect them to be followed with ease. Bare in mind the rules are subject to change at any point that I see fit.

- Do not severely wound nor kill my OCs without my permission. If you come into my DMs and attack me without reason I will block you without hesitation.

- I do have a life outside of this website so if I don't reply instantly (like I usually would) please forgive me and understand my life is my priority.

- Try not to give me one liners as I will return with a one liner myself, thus making the role play bland and boring eventually killing it. There are some instances where it is understandable, one situation that may lead to one liners are: being unsure of what to say ect.

- I do have several OCs and many more to come, please be sure to look over all of my OCs and pick which you'd like me to use. However I can also do cannon characters.

- All of my OCs are single ships meaning they will only be with one individual at a time. However they have to be friends or have known each other for a period of time.

- 18+ I will allow n*fw role plays in time, my characters are not your toys. Trust and a good, long role play leads to the more adult things.

- I do FxM NOT MxM, no furries or anything like that. Please do not try to slide up in my DMs because I will shoot you down without hesitation. I am not interested.

- If you add me, I expect you to message first and vice versa. Simple, right?
