Family: Tie Shan is a crown princess of a dynasty of wind gods within Heaven, she is a ward under her sister Lishan Laomu and has little family left after years of fighting the demons below.

Powers: She has the power to control the wind which is only amplified by her banana leaf fan she holds dear to her - once a gift passed down from her father she feels the need to protect her family line with her newfound power. One wave of her fan at the strongest can send a foe back eighty miles, however, that takes too much energy for her. She is still training with her powers to keep her stamina up.
Loyalties: She is loyal to only her sister as she is starting to doubt the heavens she lives within.

~Setting~


So basically, there are four realms to this world; the Celestial Realm, the Mortal Realm, the Realm of Demons and the Realm of the Departed.

The Celestial realm is basically where all of your stereotypical gods or god equivalents would reside like Hera, Budha, Sun Wukong, Thor etc. All of them reside in the Celestial realm, however, people usually pick and choose on who they praise due to regional differences and needs. There isn't one God that rules them all but rather a hierarchy in which the strongest get the most say since they know the best/will do what they need to survive and this makes up the Celestial Council. Your character's parents are part of the Celestial Council, however, you can pick a God that exists or make up an entire family to yourself, I don't mind. I love to see people's creativity with this.

The Mortal realm is basically where normal people and creatures exist, it's Earth and the universe and everything on that plain is counted as the Mortal realm. Shunned Gods and tricksters are thrown down to the Mortal realm, however, anyone can pass through and some of the descendants of Gods do walk the Mortal realm, just their powers don't unlock until they have been on a quest to get them from the Celestials or the Celestials gift them their powers themselves.

The Realm of Demons is close to what people would believe is Hell, however, it mirrors the Celestial realm with their heirarchy. My character's family takes up most of the Demonic council just because there are not many demons that dare get in the way of them. While the Celestials are built on greed and stability, the Demons are built on chaos and equality. But their showing of equality is if you hit me, I can hit you back with the same force and still be even. They don't believe in good and evil and more that the strongest survive and the weakest are wiped out.

And the Realm of the Departed is where mortal and immortal souls are brought to rest once it is their time. It doesn't discriminate and all the souls wandering there are stuck there for eternity. They are also the writers of destiny; the ghostly scribes write everything that is going to happen, however, there is no warning of these events as their job is to observe and nothing more. People would have to steal from the departed realm to hold the power of foresight.

Mythical creatures exist in all realms like dragons, phoenixes, etc. But they are scarce if near impossible to find in the Mortal realm where they mostly reside. Their children can hide like normal human children so it makes it almost impossible to meet one and figure it out. These mythics are needed to get to the Realm of the Departed as they hold the key for it after being entrusted it by Death.


~Heaven's Battle~


The plot is basically that the event leading up to the beginning of the roleplay was that Sun Wukong snuck down to the Realm of the Departed to steal a premonition, to see if he had any good fortune coming his way and instead he stole a scroll that spoke of the Demonic family and Celestial family's thousands of years of hatred would come to a head with their heirs as they would battle to the death to see their family reign victorious, however, the scroll that Wukong had stolen was not finished so word spread fast of the prophecy.

Our characters were both poisoned against each other as the families wanted their child to reign victorious, however, they have no idea if this will even change the prophecy or if it is already set in stone as Wukong doesn't know his arrival to the Realm of the Departed was foreseen and the scroll was never finished because of that. Only the Departed know who will win or if fate can be changed and they aren't spilling for no one.

This is mostly based in Chinese mythos but honestly can be any.


~Havoc in Heaven~


The Celestial realm was under siege from the Demonic Realm - the fighting was ruthless, rough, every Celestial coming to help and assure their victory. However, the Demons would not back down, they were going to be victorious no matter what it took.

Between all the mess and fighting two individuals clashed their weapons; the celestial with the might of a thousand winds and the monstrous demon with a heart of coal and fire. As they clash they can't help but start to fall in love with each other, their powers complimenting each other and setting ablaze the battle field.

However, as the battle begins to fade and the heavens defeat the power of the ultimate evil they are left alone in silence for a few moments more. As a child of a high ranking general of heaven and a child of a demon king, the love could never prove... Could it? They keep in touch for the foreseeable future, sending letters by dove and vulture, hoping that one day their courtship may blossom into something else behind the backs of everyone who loves them.

Their midnight rendezvous don't go unnoticed, however, and now it is only time before their secret is found out as they plan to be wed.
