Personality / Brief description:

Leon’s front most quality is his righteousness. This man’s morals control him. If Leon sees anyone in need, he will help them, even if doing so is at his own expense. It’s said that this need to protect others is what led him to joining the force.

Life info / Full description:

Leon was born into a family of criminals, ones who’s life style ultimately got all but Leon killed. As a result of this, Leon was raised in an orphanage. Unsurprisingly, this took a toll on his mental health.

From a young age, Leon lived a turbulent life in which he watched his loved ones die or otherwise abandon him. Those traumatic experiences shaped Leon, and caused him to desperately pursue any semblance of a stable relationship, even if said relationship wasn’t healthy.

The guilt he felt during his childhood is what paved the path Leon would go down.

Leon wished he could have protected those he loved, but though he cared for them, he knew how awful they were and the people they’d hurt. Leon was the sole person left to bear that guilt. He suffered with this from the moment he was old enough to comprehend its weight, and felt it was his responsibility to atone for his family’s actions. To do this, Leon joined the Raccoon City Police Department as a rookie cop.

What he lacks in experience, Leon more than makes up for in dedication. The second Leon meets someone, he feels the visceral need to protect them. This man would take a bullet for a stranger. Leon values his life, but puts the well-being of others on a pedestal well above his own. If Leon can help it, no one in his presence will ever feel pain. Because if he has to watch one more person die, he won’t be able to handle it.
