On the run
After being beat up by the guy she lives with, the woman grabs a kitchen knife and she tries to just defend herself , but she ends up stabbing him and he bleeds out in less than a minute.
She panics and loads all the valuables he has and makes it look like a home robbery. She walks to a storage unit and ends up living inside it A few days. She then gets a bus ticket out of the state. Now what? Who does she meet?

Amnesia a day after wedding.
Maybe you are in a strange city. And I have moved there, but we were friends in the past and I recognize you and tell you who you were. Together we try to find out why this happened and maybe my memory is erased. And you find me. Or something.
