“Oh my god was that a giggle?” He asked, looking a little surprised and fairly entertained. She had seemed so stone cold earlier and he had just made her giggle! “Holy crap you actually giggled. That was so freaking cute. Not to mention fantastic,” Timothy grinned, mainly going on about it to distract him from her restitching him.

“Anyway, Yeah. I had gone to a hospital with my dad who said he’d show me all the cool things that came with being a surgeon and the moment I saw that heart, that dream went down the drain, along with my breakfast.”

“You had me at chug,” he claimed before doing as she said, chugging a fair amount of the whiskey in one go before he believed he could slow down a bit. “So, you have a medical background?” He asked, figuring that talking and drinking would take his mind of the pain that was no doubt, about to come. “I wanted to be a doctor as a kid, a heart surgeon actually. And then I saw a real heart and threw up everywhere.”

“If you’re offering, I’ll accept it,” he claimed, not saying whether or not he’d keep it down since he didn’t actually know. The pain through his body however was enough to convince him to drink anyway. Even if he chucked up again, at least the effects of he alcohol should still have him under the wraps.

“I’m surprised I don’t have concussion... unless that helped with the vomiting. Actually... I don’t know, do I have concussion?” He asked, finding another thing he was unsure about. Just thinking about it so hard made his head hurt. “F*** I want to die,” he groaned, resting his head back against the couch.

Tim stayed in the bathroom for another five or so minutes, spitting into the toilet before wiping his mouth and flushing it. He then got up, grabbing the glass of water, using half the water to wash his mouth out before drinking the rest. “F***...” he groaned before making his way back out, clutching his side since it hurt a lot more than his arm and head, which were, of course, still giving him hell.

Tim gave the cop a thumbs up before laying back down on the couch, making himself as comfortable as his wound would allow him before closing his eyes. He was out in less than five minutes. Throughout the night, there would be times when he was a little more restless than usual, mainly due to pain but also because he still knew he was in danger, even in a cop's house.

The next morning, quite early for that matter, the pain killers had unfortunately come and gone and he was left in agonising pain. At first, Timothy was afraid to move, fearing that everything would open up, he'd bleed out and die. That's how bad it felt. However, after a bit he began to feel woozy. Since he remembered he wasn't in his own home, and not being a rude person inside, he hauled himself up as quietly as possible and began hunting down the bathroom. Upon finding it, he plopped himself down and vomited into the toilet, the pain becoming a little too much for him.

Having not eaten since 6:00pm the day before, there was nothing but bile and stomach acid for him to chuck up, burning his throat and nose. When nothing came up easily enough, he found himself coughing and hacking into the toilet, silently praying for it to be over soon.
