"If that is what you want to do," he responded. Dating her for a year taught him better than to argue about these little things with her seeing as in the end it would end up pointless and a waste of time. Finishing up his own meal, he got up and placed his place next to the sink for her before kissing her cheek. Before he could do anything else though, the apartment phone began to ring, making him raise a brow. "Who could that be," he mused, walking over to the phone before answering it. "Hello?"

There was a pause as his smile fell from his face. Why did this have to happen, right after he told Amu about his past. Or at least, a fraction of his past. "How did you get this number? Why are you calling me?" He asked, leaning against the wall. Ivy, his twin sister, called him for the first time in years. This was surely the strangest thing that's happened to him lately. He glanced at his girlfriend from where he stood and swallowed thickly as his sister spoke to him.

"Just wondering," he answered, stuffing some food in his mouth before his stomach could complain anymore than it was. He wasn't about to tell her that he wanted her to move in just yet. They had only just passed a year of being together so he would wait until more time passed so they were sure they were ready for that.

Ivan smiled at the comment and hummed lightly in response, soon coming to sit with her with his own food on a plate. “When do you finish your studies exactly Amu?” He asked, her comment making the thought of moving in together come up. Maybe she could move into his apartment when she finished. It wasn’t too big of a move and she would still be able to get to work easily. Plus, the company on rainy days would be really nice.

"But then I'd be covering by sexy body and I can't have that now can I?" he asked with a grin, glancing at her a little before focusing on the food again. It felt like the weight of the world had been lifted from his shoulders and he felt great for the most part. Not too long after that, he was putting the first lot of food onto a plate before putting it off to the side to start on the next lot. "There you go. Hope you like it."

"I'm no chef but I try my best. Thanks," he said softly, cracking a couple eggs over the pan to begin cooking them while the first lot of bacon continued to cook. He forced any and all worries out of his mind other than a worry that refused to go away like the woman that was causing it. Toka. If she was to find out what he had told Amu, that could possibly be it. She disliked him enough so if she found out he killed people, he doubted it would end happily.
