Bad.
The past few days have been quite tough for him. Ever since he took the key from where Zhongli hid it, he has been feeling awful. He is not the kind of person who can commit crimes, clearly.
He is nervous and panicked, fearing that Zhongli will notice the key went missing. He also worries that he will be caught as the thief and since he is a kid, he totally believes he could even end up in jail for such a thing. Again!!
He doesn't even know why he took the key, why he was so obsessed towards it until he found it. There is no special meaning, in truth, it's simply that the key was part of the last mission he was working on when he died, in his previous life. An unfinished business, simply.
But ever since he took it, he only has been wishing that he has never touched it.
Getting inside the teapot, the day he went to take it, was all a matter of favourable circumstances. The servants were busy, Cyno was outside with Yang… and he had the chance to sneak there without being noticed. But the same circumstances have not been repeating. The backyard is off limit to the kids, due to the portal, Yang is always on the couch and he would never ignore if WooPil went into the teapot. Cyno or Chan are also always around, unless they are at lesson.
He keeps feeling more frustrated and nervous, trying to think about some alternative ways to return the key to Zhongli without being discovered for his little thievery.
At the moment, he is sat on a chair near the teapot, anxious and totally on edge.

Considering that Chan made Rex Lapis's gifts to the children for Christmas, he totally is Santa xD
«I… I was very scared an… and really hungry…» he murmurs, shivering again.
He nods. «I really… really hoped that he would always be with us…» But he didn't go as far as to hope to be adopted, at first. He is not someone who dreams big.
He keeps sobbing lightly and rubs his eyes, needing a few moments to calm down. He also thinks for a moment if he should tell all the truth or follow the lie Domitius gave.
He looks down. «I… I had… stolen something…» eventually admits, feeling just too bad to lie to his father. «I'm so… so sorry…» he sobs.
I'm sure you were...what an unfortunate event." He sighs.
"And your dream came true, you see? You need confidence in life, good things happen." He hasn't been the most optimistic lately, but most of the time he is just realist.
He already doubts WooPil will follow his lie. As if he won't become suspicious enough to Zhongli. XD
"What did you take, WooPil..?" Zhongli looks down at him, tilting his head. "It's fine, again, you can tell me everything." He kneels to be at his height.
«When dad became my dad was the best day in my life forever.» He thinks that there will never be a day he'll feel happier than that day, even in the future.
At least now Dom can ask Zhongli about the key without needing to sell WooPil as he was planning. XD
He takes a couple deep breaths, as Dom taught him, before to speak again. «I… I had taken a key… b… but I put it back… I'm so sorry…» He has even been skipping some meals in the past days, self punishing for it. He is kinda dangerous to himself when he does bad things.
He makes a slight smile, softened by his words.
Zhongli tilts his head at his explaination. "And...where is the issue then?" He looks at WooPil with a slight smile. He places his hand on his shoulder. "What matters is that in the end, you did the right thing...why did you take it though?"
"May I ask...what that key is?" He grabs the chance.
Zhongli returns more serious as Domitius asks about the key. "It is a subject too long to give you a quick and inaccurate explaination now."
He looks at Zhongli with big, teary eyes at his words. He is endlessly relieved to see that he doesn't look angry or disappointed. «I… I shouldn't have taken it… but… I will never do it again, I promise…» He gets closer to Zhongli and hugs him.
«I don… don't know why… I… I had a dream where i found it and… and then I wanted to go to see if it was there for real and… and there it was…»
He looks down at their exchange. Everything concerning that key gives him strange feelings and some sort of dejavu.
