☄ Saito Yagi

Quick description:

Saito Yagi, the fourth chairman of a gang named 'Jaded Jackals' this gang isn't the usual gang full of street fights and such. This is rather an organisation that controls a large part of the city they are located in. They are economical geniuses, along with a cruel mind to decorate the already powerful souls.

Saito often gets referred to as 04 or the Blood Princess. This chairman not only helps with leading, he also performs the dangerous and vile jobs his dear friend and boss has to make happen. From disguising himself as the opposite sex to infiltrate enemy grounds, to torturing pour souls for information.

To those outside and even the lower ranked members of the organisation this 'number' 4 has no face and is referred to as the Blood Princess.
