Tyler's foster parents soon died, and since they had no other children who were in need of money, they decided to give their entire fortune to him. Tyler's foster parents' generosity allowed him to pursue his dream of attending college without the financial burden that often comes with it. With his newfound wealth, Tyler was able to pay for tuition, books, and living expenses without taking out any loans.
