In these days, he has been researching a lot. Not about XinLan's whereabouts, but rather on what could be done to at least make him inoffensive when they are in front of him. It's not easy deal, XinLan's strenght is insane and even most anaesthetics would have no effects on him, or last barely a few seconds.
Another thing he wants to figure out at all costs is how to help him to regain control over his powers. He is not sure of Chaos is really poisoning him in an unrepairable way or if it's just a psychological condition.

After spending the whole day researching, he goes out to the public kitchens for a meal. He walks in the street on his own, hands in pockets, thoughtful.

Privateer "I don't even know the terms you are using, but I can bear pain like a true man."
He is starting to feel very uncomfortable at his words. "Will you stop speaking nonsense? Getting back to the main point...can you take me to Thailand or not?" He would want to return to his adoptive mom, but Xakas would then remain alone and he really can't loose him. He remains very thoughtful at the matter, troubled and unsure what to do.
