Plot Idea: I Don’t Bite! (Apocalypse/Romance)

The world’s worst nightmare has come to fruition. Zombies have evolved from fiction to reality, and survivors have to flee from hoards of infected to keep safe. One zombie, however, is unlike all the others, they have kept their reasoning and feel no need to eat human flesh. On top of that, they don’t decay like the other zombies do, the only signs they are a zombie are their faded, white pupils (which they can still see out of), their insane strength, the bite mark they have, and well, the dead complexion they have. The zombie lost their memories of the past, and as such they want to regain those memories so they can feel complete. They want nothing more than to have a quiet life, and since other zombies don’t hurt them, they just go day to day wandering and avoiding survivors.

However, one day they happen to see a group of survivors being attacked by zombies, and one sole survivor is left in the group as the others are eaten alive. Normally, the zombie is afraid they’ll be injured, so they ignore situations like this, but they think they recognize this survivor, so they risk their safety to save them. Of course, the survivor does not trust the zombie even after they have saved them, but the survivor sees the value that the zombie has. As such, they both set out on an journey to get the zombies memories back as well as live through the end of the world.
