headcanons

I believe I should make headcanons for characters I might frequently write as (these apply only to genshin personas), this post is actually influenced by someone who wrote a similar and great list of headcanons, props to you, my friend.

Let's start with the very original character of this profile-

Xiao.

Fluff/romance

⚝ He is quite stubborn at times and is very impulsive, during an argument he can storm off on his own to settle his thoughts. Later, he offers you an object of the specific character's liking to quietly make up for anything he had done wrong.

⚝ He will protect you no matter what stands in his way. The amount of adulation he has in store for you is incomprehensible by the human brain, and though he has suffered through much, I like to think that he is a very loving partner.

⚝ Whenever suffering from unwanted thoughts/feelings, he likes to sit by your side and either drink tea with you, or lay his head on you.

⚝ He is often startled by unusual gifts prepared for him. He thinks its childish of you to prepare anything for him, but he secretly is flustered by the fact you took time to make him something special (be it something simple like a note or food, he appreciates every small gesture).

⚝ His expression cannot say much or aid you in deciphering his mood (but he comes to you for comfort if anything bothers him), but he frequently slips a warm smile at you and adores caressing you when he is in a good mood.

⚝ He can get quite jealous and might drag you away from the person that causes him discomfort of you being taken away from him, however he tries not to openly express it.

⚝ If he were to ever hurt you, he would never forgive himself and mull it over for a long while even if you'd tell him to forget about it. Neither does he forgive anyone else harming you. However for your sake, he is ready to cease punishing them.

Spice/NSFW

I don't usually write NSFW but I could at some point.

⚝ I cannot clearly say I see him as a bottom or top, I think it would depend on the pairing and your wish to pair them with. I am not very capable of writing good dom characters, however I can try extending that area of work somehow.

⚝ He is not one to flirt a lot, unless you are both alone and have each other to yourselves. Or if someone is troubling him and he decides to openly show his interest in you (or rather, claim you in front of everybody's eyes).

⚝ He is overwhelmed by hand-holding, face-cupping, and any enclosed space between him and you. He enjoys being held and loves to return the same. He most especially likes his thighs, ears, and neck meeting contact with the other.

⚝ His understanding of love is a little limited, which provokes him to indulge into reading a scripture of romantic novels (they are not particularly nsfw), and learning more about how one can feel to be able to expand his mind and surprise you with new efforts of adoration.
