Background: Hope Romanoff was an experiment created by Hydra with the hope that she would become the downfall of the Avengers. Yet that couldn't be further from the truth from who she really was. She was born with having the super solider qualities of Captain America with his DNA but with the Scarlet Witch's DNA inside her it gave her some abilities of her along with the abilities of a powerful beast that should never be truly unlocked. Growing up with the abilities she had, she was actually quite terrified of them as she didn't want to hurt others with them. But with her constantly not wanting to obey the orders of Hydra, she was constantly subjected to brutal torture and manipulation to put her in her place. She was immune to the manipulation and tried to break free from the prison she had grown up in with Hydra while being a disobeying experiment as she never wanted this life she was forced to live. She was forced to painful training to try to be made into a powerful asset that she was deep down but yet she hadn't fully awakened. She was stuck in the miserably cycle of her life as an experiment until she was 15, when S.H.I.E.L.D. had stormed the facility she was in. She made a break for it as it was freedom to her and Natasha Romanoff was the one who rescued her to bring her to safety. Yet even after being rescued, she was terrified of going back to Hydra and was very untrusting towards everyone except to Natasha. Somehow she could trust her as she was rescued by her and over the years she was given so much help to show that not everyone was going to hurt her like she grew up thinking. But with the chaos that ensued from being around the Avengers, she was trained by S.H.I.E.L.D. to be a helping hand to them. She tried to grow up to have a normal life but she wasn't normal so that was hard for her to deal with. Not to mention she wasn't used to the world around her. Then there was the death of Natasha who had became her adopted mother over the years and she broke down, the one person who truly understood her and loved her was gone. Now she tries to keep herself busy with college while trying to avoid talking about she felt so alone with no family. She was all alone again and she hated that but she was used to it from being with Hydra for so long in the past.
