Lani makes a slight move with his head to point at Mochi, who is indeed washing a newborn in a bowl, with special waters from the House. «The first baby is out.»
«On it.» Jackil hurries to take the baby and proceed with all the needed procedures to check his health, organs formation and all.
«Mochi, come here.»
The nimox obeys, without objecting, looking at WonPil, terribly upset.
«His pressure is dropping fast, I can't wait, are you ready Jackil?»
«5 seconds.»
«10.» Lani extracts another baby from the cut he had to make on WonPil's belly, for the emergency cesarean section.
«Vitals?» asks Jackil.
«Better on the baby than on the father. Hurry!»
Mochi takes the second baby and hurries to wash him too, the same way as he did with the first. Due to how chaotic everything is, they don't have the time to think about which baby came first.
Jackil and Mochi exchange the babies they are dealing to, when they hear Lani mutter something to himself. «Another… one? Oh Gods… this one is desperate…»
Jackil hurries to check the second baby, just enough to make sure he is stable and not in dire emergency. Made sure of it, he looks at Mochi. «Watch over them, for the moment.»
Mochi remains by the babies, holding them to make sure they won't fall from their spot, but he keeps his eyes on WonPil, worried to death.

«Arrest in 50 seconds…» Lani suddenly says, while extracting the third, much smaller baby.
«What?» Jackil gasps, not sure if Lani meant what he thinks, since he has no clue how advanced and enhanced the other is.
«Cardiac arrest in 37 seconds. You have to deal with it, I can't leave the wound.»
«Mochi, take this baby…» Jackil says, handing him the last twin, before getting to the other side of WonPil's body, to promptly deal with the arrest.
Mochi, whom, among other things, is gifted with a supernatural speed, takes the baby and approaches the other two again in a couple of seconds of time.
He forces himself to focus on the third child, but almost every fiber of his body is towards WonPil and the fact things are clearly not going so well with him.

Eventually, after a few hours of work, the two doctors manage to save WonPil's life, conclude the practices of the C-section and stabilise the babies. Lani lost about 20 kg in the process.
