Bio: After being resurrected by the mad Android scientist 21 many years after his death at the hands of Gohan. Cell began his quest for new power and revenge on the Z Fighters for his defeat all that time ago.

Though the world he was brought back into had seemingly left him in the dust in terms of power, Cell happened upon the new and improved Super Android 18 (see my other blog for character details.). Having to resort to his underhanded methods of absorption from his days in his Imperfect forms, Cell manages to catch the Super Android off guard absorbing her, thus dawning a new era of power in Universe 7.
