Flaws: He still acts unprofessional in his work environment such as cursing infront of or near you, easily ready to anger if someone harms you, has a bad left eye (he can still see out of it but it's not as strong as his right eye).

Backstory: Traveled the world as an orphan of war having to lie, steal, cheat, and has even killed once or twice to survive. After turning 17 he was found in Ireland wandering the streets before being taken in by a family of maids and butlers before being trained in the profession. He is now a certified butler and does his job happily.
