Blackmore

Once a millennia, the goddess Lilith will select a child to be born with her power. This child, known as the Lady or Lord of Light, is blessed with the ability to manipulate the light itself. To Blackmore, light is their everything. Light is capable of creation and destruction, because everything that holds light holds power. From lightning to fire to the symbolic light of knowledge and truth. Light is power. The light is capable of both life and death, destruction and creation, healing and harming. Light is power. The Lady or Lord of light is power made flesh, and is revered throughout their life as a god or goddess, designated to spend their days healing the sick and injured, and attempting to bring the many kingdoms of the realms together. Their power is sought out ravenously by those who want power for themselves. Because of this, Lilith bestowed both a blessing and curse onto the Lord or Lady--their powers are based in emotion. If they're too upset or angry, scared or injured it negatively reflects in their magic.

Blackmore is a peaceful nation. They are a small kingdom in a fjord, well known for their fantastic food and art, specifically embroidery. Though, all the kingdoms also know that may all the gods and goddesses have mercy on anyone foolish enough to attack Blackmore. Their army was the most well trained and equipped in nearly all the realms. They may be peaceful people, but they were no fools. The Lady of Light was first and foremost their Princess, and they knew many lusted for such powers and the capabilities she had. She could destroy entire kingdoms and wipe them from the map.
