Plot.
Now, he kinda knows what he should do, the problem with him is how he develops his plans. xD
He wants to bring Hori to his enemy MoonBin (the fired Avatar of Fried), but first of all he wants to make sure that himself will not get killed bad and that TiHao will stay safe too. He got it that it's a dangerous situation and he doesn't want to risk to piss off Hori or to make him suspicious about him.
What he is really doing right now is to buy time, invent all the possible sh*t to slow down Hori from reaching the sea, where he said he'd be able to spread the plague far and wide.
He has the phone he stole from Ri with him, but he is a bit scared of pulling it out to use it. He thinks Hori would know what he is trying to do if he sees him, so he decides to send the call while keeping the phone in the pocket.

"Ah, he is just weak. Would you like to be touched by me?" He looks at Heyzo through the video call. "SoHori, show him my video, do it!"
He frowns at MoonBin. "I don't want to see you, give this thingie back to the others!"
"Of course I am proud! If my master likes me, what else will I need? I have everything right now! Watch out, we'll pick you in a chicken restaurant and you'll never see the light or the non-stinky-of-fried air again!"
He bites his lip. "I sent the video, they must have seen it... one would have to close the video call to send the video again..."
He smirks as Hori says that, °You have to come to do it.
If you like it, seriously a relationship with only one man for the rest of your lives. I wouldn't like it neither for 10 years.
Now that I think about it, if we order food and we make the delivery man leave it outside? He is making me want some fried chicken. We saw the video and I was curious, is your body all dead? Then I am more sorry about SoHori.°
