Sacred Council.

Even though BangSul is the most obvious regent, now that the Emperor is gone without having picked his heir, he decides to bring Qing with him to the Council. His decision leaves many people quite confused and baffled, since 1 he could perfectly go without any Prince, since when the Emperor disappeared, the coronation and official wedding rites were already done, thus he is officially in charge as Emperor Consort and 2 because he didn't pick Tero, but Qing, who is, as natural, totally desperate and hardly even managing to stand on his feet.
He doesn't bother to explain, he just sets that the Generals, the Vice Generals, JunYin and the various influent people of the court join them and leave for the council with them, appointing Qing as the actual regent for that occasion.

Among the people, there is also Magnus Bane with them, who came there to see what was the situation in the other worlds he knows, after what Thanos did. He told to the people of Xhuanghen about the happening and they decided to bring him to the council so that he could explain everything to the other nations too.

The council takes place in the Pantheon, in Heinmenhos, since the High Priests too are meant to attend.
There is a huge circular room with a round, granite table in the middle, where only the rulers are meant to sit, while their followers stand by their side.
Qing is pointed his seat and BangSul, Sao and Peng stand the closest to him while the others are a big behind.
The Southern Queen vanished too and in her place came her King Consort.
Same for the Western Queen, but in her place comes the Crown Princess.

He looks at Gamja when she mentions Tero. He knows she is right, but he doesn't like it at all.
