Personality: See's the true dark side of Gotham, hates the rich and feels sorry for the poor, wants to bring equality of wealth to all of Gotham and its people but in doing so he has a warped view of the Waynes and their riches

Weapons: has none before he becomes the Joker

Bio: Jake is a troubled man, he grew up in the slums of Gotham and he was never shown the lavish lifestyle his bestfriend Bruce Wayne had and that made him extremely jealous of Bruce no matter how generous he was to him, he always had a warped perception of him and that never changed.

Now aged 30 Jake has returned after a 9 year hiatus and has come back to meet his once bestfriend...but what does he want? what are his plans? we will have to wait and see.
