For obvious reasons, the 5 hyungs were not located with the same person/family, since they need some attention and care, literally like an extra child of theirs.
For some it was like the end of the world, since they are especially tied to each other or to someone in particular, like MinKi and Aron, although they have discording opinions on the matter.
Even if they had wanted to listen to their personal preferences, it wouldn't be easy since...
Aron wanted to be with Tero.
MinKi wanted to be with Aron.
Awut wanted to end up with a woman.
YoungMin wanted to follow JJ.
JJ absolutely didn't want to be followed by YM.
Aeon absolutely refused to be together with MinKi.
In the end, they were assigned on this scheme:
- Goryeo Kings Jeongjong and Chungseon, as proposed, were entrusted to Hu Seonjang family;
- Young KiTae was entrusted to his oldest sister;
- JJ and MinKi were left to the care of Yung family, under the responsibility of General Yung;
- Awut, to his luck and greatest joy, was sent to Ding family, under the the care of General Ding;
- Aron and YoungMin were entrusted to the Commandant, he couldn't escape that;
- Tero, as last remaining, was sent to the one everybody else begged not to be entrusted to, for who knows what reasons: Yang.
At school, the group of humans is just as different as in every other context. Tero, Awut and Aron have the perfect attitude for popular guys/bullies, also since some of them are older than 14th grades students, JJ is a typical need but not of the kind who is top marks, just lick ass and decent effort. MinKi is just the hot girl, while YoungMin is the true swot.
None of them seem to mind school too much. They seem to have adapted fairly well, except from Tero who keeps acting weird and not looking too well. He went from looking like under horrible pain to look like in-between during and drugged. Even during classes.

"Depends on what he could do...we are surrounded by many youngs here. If he is not a danger for others, I guess you have a point.

He approached his desk at his next words and writes his address on a piece of paper that he hands to him right after. "You are welcome to join us at any time of the day. Don't get too shocked to come across two other boys, my adoptive son recently moved back home with his brother." How can he not trust him?! Looks darker than death itself, acts like the Grinch on Christmas when in a good mood, never smiles unless it's an evil smirk... Aki and him could be good friends, but the same way as he is friend to Tae.
He hesitates a little. "He won't be too different from me, once done." And he doesn't mean his overwhelming pleasant attitude and personality, that comes with Zivhur, he just means that he won't be so ugly to look at.
Children do not shock me. I would be shocked if you had no child at all at your age." But he has the same age and no children...
He raises an eyebrow and quickly studies Yang. He cannot see anything strange in him... other than usual of course. "What matters is that he lives and won't bring danger."
He'd be shocked he has such a normal and fine boy as a child, at most. "Then it'd probably be JunYin to shock you." He will find someone shocking for him.
"He will probably do both." Most importantly, he is brutally honest.
"I'd be shocked if something actually made me shocked. At our age, Yang, we have seen everything.
Then... keep him under your very strict control. Teach him how to control himself, if that is the problem." He is still clueless about what they are, they could be anything and he never abandons the possibility Yang could be lying.
