Eh?
The road to Rivendell, despite long and tiring, doesn't hide many real threats. Being it the middle of the golden and most peaceful time of the History of Arda, they aren't attacked by anything, not even while crossing the wild lands. Orcs dare not to move too far from their holes, considering there is no higher power backing them on any front and the only danger really come from wildlife. Which sure can't be much of a problem for them.
After three full weeks of faaaaar from pleasant walking, because he is not understanding and keeps pushing like he can never get tired, they finally approach the secret entrance leading to Rivendell.
While walking towards there, Tekhalion stops as he notices two other travelers not too far from them. Even though they on two opposite side, one coming from the North and one from the South from their own position.

«Npbody is forced to tell their name to you, she doesn't need to justify herself if she doesn't find any interest in us.»
Githiel. «I don't need yer help.» She places the child down and approaches one of the fountains, where she drinks some water.
he tilts his head. «You were complaining with her for not telling her name. Something about 40 seconds ago. You should take notes, your memory seems pretty short.»
He stands in front of Lyriel. «Elrond is waiting for you?»
Githiel. She shrugs to what Kyng says. She is all for roughness, strictness and push oneself beyond the limits. «Ye must be strengthened now, then. I didn't plan to stop by these elvish filth but that stupid pony wasn't holding well indeed.» She wouldn't have stopped otherwise. She dislikes elves and dislikes to stay put.
As her baby starts to cry, she unbuttons her shirt and starts to breastfeed the boy with total nonchalance, not even trying to hide it.
He chuckles. «I doubt they would be kind towards a woman from Harad. Don't judge them too harshly, some Men find it hard to forgive.»
He shrugs at Ethan. «If she had wanted to say her name she would have done it without being questioned at all. Doesn't take much to understand.»
Githiel. She doesn't give a damn, she sure is not shy or one that gets embarrassed.
He nods. «Ranger. Something like a protector but lacking all the great morale and holiness of a guardian. Mainly watching wild areas.»
He raises a brow. «Why hate Harad? It is not it to be a mess, most of its people are.»
Githiel. «Ye, lying is a bad idea. Just carry a club with ye, if they answer questions ye don want tae answer, ye just smash it on their heads them bampots!»
