She may have the appearance of a human girl, but Bella is a hellish demon, otherwise known as the possessed. Infernals are demons who possess dead human bodies to walk the Earth. Although the overall appearance of the human body is maintained, infernals can be identified because they have features of demons on their heads. Bella can also be easily identified by having two horns on her head and sharp teeth. But this appearance that Power has is not her original form, it's just a human body used as a vessel. Like all other demons, her true form is monstrous, but her demonic form can only be seen by other demons or angels. She, however, does not intend to do evil (only if necessary by extreme means) and has an interest in humans. Therefore, she escaped Hell to live among humanity.
