Sammy Slicer

>Nickname/Codename: Sammy Slicer

>Personality: Extremely outgoing, rebellious, and "kindly" violent. Sammy is a high octane individual with a positive outlook despite the condition of the world currently and his own mucked up predicament he finds himself in. In spite of everything, he does his best to help the little guy with a good joke and a good gun. Sometimes the nicest thing to do is to take a bad guy and blow em' the f*** up. Like fireworks!
>Temperament: Explosive if nothing else. Sammy can't find it in himself to be a cruel or selfish individual. He claims to see himself in the little guys of the city and as if force of habit continues to try and clean up the gross mess that is the criminal underworld, rogue AI, Intruding alien, weird zombie guys, or anything else that threatens the little guy. Can't help it.
>Occupation: Street Cleaner. They effectively are a sort of vigilante mercenary that usually operate solo or in some cases in small groups. Sammy tends to operate on his own but has gone to a "party violence" with some other street cleaners in the past. Their primary role is to eliminate less desirables, the line that defines what that is exactly can get somewhat vague unfortunately.
>Education: A highschool dropout with no college education. Who needs it anyway? Not like the corporation didn't engineer the school system to manipulate kids into obedient soul dead workers. Not Sammy Slicer.
>Criminal Record: Ironically, most street cleaners have quite a pretty criminal record. The only thing that keeps the law off their backs is the tradeoff and net gain of having a street cleaner on the streets. Sammy is no different and is strangely enough not on the worst side of the law. Perhaps his nicer disposition keeps him... desirable favors let's say. He is no stranger to murder and theft. For the little guy of course.
>Affiliation: CN, the Cleaner's Network. A simple system used by most cleaners to acquire contracts and curry favor with corporations, institutions, or other large bodies. Useful.
>Birth Date: 23NOV2246
>Birth Place: Downtown Morvo district, block 9, housing assemblies.
>Skeleton in the Closet: There is a malevolent AI that lives inside of the cybernetics in Sammy's body, forever trying to influence him. Most of the time his cybernetics glow orange. If they ever appear blue then the AI and Sammy are in conflict. If they glow red, the AI has seeded itself extremely deep in the cybernetics and the damage needs to be reversed... or Sammy is making the idiot attempt to exploit it. Sammy and the malevolent AI named OVUM
>Morals: For the little guy! Sammy is all about helping those who don't have the ability to make a difference so he makes it in there name with the help of a little spunk and a little gun... well, a whole lotta gun more like.
>Hobbies: Freerunning, mass killing (of bad guys of course), and good food! It's always nice to kickback though. Sometimes you just gotta relax and take in that good ol' polluted city air and some sick tunes.
>Desires: To be free of OVUM and make the life of the lower class even slightly better. Life has to be better than this. Right?
>Pet Peeves: Don't even think about ganging up on those weaker than yourself. He may be one of the nicer cleaners but he is still a cleaner... and he has no problem taking his time with you if you piss on the little guy.
>Loves: A good fight, a good bite, and a good sight. Good music too. Just can't rhyme it.
>Skills: Gotta kill faster. Sammy excels at speed and rapid murder using the myriad of blades he hides in his cybernetic legs and arms. He is very well acquainted with losing those. Only the right arm and left leg have any organics left in his four limbs. He is also quite the hot shot and lover of explosives. Most impressive is his reflexes and dexterity. Like a cat. (edited)
>Style: Speed, acrobatics, blades, too many bullets. Faster he can cause some carnage and keep it moving, the better. After all, what's dead can't kill ya and if your faster than the bullets, you can't get hit.
>Strengths: His speed and excessive force let's him quickly overwhelm his opponents and catch them off guard. If they are aware, then they have to deal with a nonsensically nimble and rapid cleaner that seems to enjoy his job a little too much.
>Weaknesses: He's fast, but not that durable. When your fast, you can't carry too much. Much of his ammunition is acquired mid fight and to be fast, you can't protect yourself with much armor leaving him with not too much ammunition and next to know self preservation outside of restoratives and the fact he has cybernetic parts and subdermal plating to protect from the more common forms of violence.
>Vulnerability: Network sites. Any place with an excessive amount of computer equipment, digital software, or anything to bring one close to the cyberweb allows OVUM to manifest even stronger and more dangerously, in the world around him. This can attract the agents of OVUM; the Executioners...
>Goals: His ultimate goal is to uncover the conspiracy around OVUM and stop her creations.
>Obstacles/Enemies: OVUM is the most pressing threat along with her creations, the worst of which being the Executioners which in most cases, he can barely survive let alone kill. Rogue cleaners, gangs, corrupt corporations, and other unheard of nefarious forces could also pose a problem if left unchecked.
