Left with his Aunt and Uncle when he was a kid, Peter never really knew his real parents. Despite growing up in a loving household, he never really felt like he belonged.
In highschool he was bitten by a genetically altered spider while on a field trip to Oscorp, developing a slew of superpowers shortly after.
Once he got used to them, Pete used his new abilities for his own gain, selfishly leading to the death of his Uncle Ben.
After this incident, Peter vowed to alway heed his uncles advice and use his powers to protect his family and city. "With great power, there must also come great responsibility.
