He slayed far more than he could bother to count, and made a name for himself up until he became the king of a land. An Immortal, meaning he couldn't die, and a Mood-Shifter, meaning his appearance and powers changed on extreme emotions, he was considered one of the strongest in the entire universe. But once he finally ascended to the Hall of Judgement and met upon the Creator Themselves. But the Creator did not simply allow him into Paradise because he was a savior. Because despite being a savior, he had killed many. His sins, too grave, and his moral sacrifices too great, he was banished to roam the universes, staying in one for only 1 planetary year, and then he will simply vanish and go to another universe. He could do whatever, but he would never truly die, and always have an adventure set out to him.

The police have identified a serial killer, as murders across the country show signs of continuity. The M.O is a curved horizontal line pointing downwards. The supposed killer has contacted the police and has informed them that it's supposed to represent an axe, and that an axe and its byproducts are the only weapons they use. Multiple heroes have tried to hunt them but failed, resulting in permanent wounding or death. The government has issued an official Villainy document, naming them "Axe Man". Back Story:
When the super-power surge occurred, Undead Man gained the power of immortality. A useful and powerful ability, he finally felt powerful after a life of powerlessness. But he couldn't only rely on his ability, as he would just be cannon fodder. His ability did break his physical limit, and thus he trained. But not only physically but mentally and spiritually. He became a master of fights, at brawn, brain and spirit. He rose through the ranks and became the Champion of Osphelia, the number 1 ranked hero in the city. He gained respect among other Champions and infamy among villains. His private life is virtually unknown, and he rarely removes his mask, but he goes in public without his mask to blend in occassionally. He has a signature outfit, dark brown pants, with a dark brown trenchcoat, and a leather mask of sorts to cover up the head, finishing with a military-esque cap with dark brown cloth and a black plastic visor. His mask has become a symbol of Osphelia on its own.
