Backstory:

When God created Castiel he accidentally created Amelia at the same time making them twins. Amelia had always been the curious one who would always get herself into trouble. God saw potential in her when she saved the humans from the Black Pleague, resulting in her instant promotion to Seraph, a Guardian of the Throne of God.

Upon the creation of Hunters, God decided to send Amelia down to Earth to help them if they desperately needed it and ever since Amelia has wandered around the Earth assisting Hunters and building a quiet name for herself until Hunters seemed to forget about her.

Until Castiel called for her during a desperate time.
