All her life, Ricki wanted to be in the spotlight. Her parents facilitated that desire, often overlooking her younger sister. Mia wasn’t even that much younger than her, both the girls born in the same year, but Ricki was always sure to treat her sister like a baby. Tearing her sister, or anyone who she thought was inferior for that matter, down just built Ricki up. In school, her grades didn’t matter. She knew what she was going to do with her life, and just went for something to do until she turned eighteen. Her social life drove her. She had to have the best dates, throw the best parties, and have the best circle of friends. If Ricki wasn’t on top, what was the point? Her loser sister brought her down, and she was always vocal about it. She couldn’t wait until they didn’t have to live under the same roof. She wasn’t sure what drove her disdain for her sister nor did she bother to try and figure it out. What was the point?

When Ricki started stripping at Ephesus, she was enamoured immediately. The attention and tips were enough to get her hooked, but she actually found the job fun. That was the surprise. Ricki didn’t feel weird or uncomfortable taking her clothes off in front of strangers, if anything it built her up the same way being a bitch did. She was good at it, too. Very good. Jason Sattler dealt right next door, making him the perfect person for Ricki to get close to. While he kept their relationship strictly professional, Ricki wouldn’t mind to get down and dirty with the man. Besides, he sold the best stuff the Montgomerys could make. If a bit of flirting brought the price down, which it didn’t, it was worth a try.
